I ordered online takeout last week and everything went fairly smooth. Tipped the hostess more than normal due to current times. Brought home the food and was disappointed my bone-in wings had no sauce but still ate them as I will always eat chicken. My wifes boneless wings were very good like normal. Tonight I order online takeout for my whole family . Roughly 40 boneless wings and a couple other small items. However this time I wait 15 minutes beyond my pickup time after having texted my arrival. At this point I decide to call. The hostess apologies and says she will be right out. After 10 minutes I get the impression that something isn't quite right here but don't really want to go into the restaurant. I call back and immediately ask the hostess what is going on with my food was there an error or something. She than apologies again and admits that my food was giving to someone else. But it will be right out. At this point I tell her I understand as I have worked in restaurants before but why am I texting, calling, and calling back again to now find this out when you could have told me that the first time I called after waiting 15 minutes or maybe made the effort to call me and just explain there was a mix up. Anyways, I ask to speak to a manager and talk to David. I didn't keep him on the phone long because I was really over it at this time. He understood I wasnt happy with waiting 35 minutes in the parking lot for my food when it was suppose to be ready at 720. It showed up at 7:55. He came out with my food and offered me a coupon for 12 free wings and 10% off coupon which is a fairly worthless coupon to me as we don't really go in there to eat. I didn't want to argue or complain anymore at this point just wanted to get the food home to my family. I did tell him that I felt he should have done more based on the circumstances but I guess he met me half way. If it wasn't for or phenomenal waiter Dylan, we would NEVER be returning due to our interaction and the infuriating behavior we witnessed of your 2 hostesses this evening (5/23/19)! I have never, in all my life, in any restaurant I have ever dined at, met or witnessed anyone as disrespectful, unprofessional, self-absorbed, and lazy as these 2 girls. No only did they refuse to greet us and ask how many in our party both girls rolled their eyes annoyed by the fact that we were interrupting their conversation the girl with the head band turned her back to us and finished her conversation before turning back around, rolling her eyes when told table for 3. The 2 them looked around dumbfounded as to were to put us. When we asked if they could clean the dirty table away from the crowd for us they both again rolled their eyes in disgust that we would ask such a thing. It was such an uncomfortable, insulting response I told them to just to just put us wherever. That was just the first 5 minutes! There vile behavior just continued to get worse and worse as the evening went on. God forbid after a 36 person party finished and left they help your amazing, hard working wait staff by collecting some of the dishes or something useful at all instead of sitting around at the dirty tables picking their nails and chit chatting! They are absolutely worthless to your establishment! It took everything in me to not walk across the room in the middle of my meal and tell them to their face in all honest. I feel horrible that the rest of you incredible staff are forced to tolerate these 2 individuals with how hard they work! If you value your customers as well as your other amazingly hardworking employees you will find better individuals to host your customers.    Read moreOn our visit, we were served by Jackie (older woman, blonde hair, pink card on her shirt). From the beginning, her service was unpleasant. She did not provide a proper greeting, showed little attentiveness (no beverage refills), and responded dismissively when I requested all flats, stating they “don’t do that on Tuesdays due to it being BOGO” despite the restaurant being nearly empty and I have never heard such a thing from my years of coming to Buffalo Wild Wings.
When our food arrived, the order was incorrect. My husband ordered 7 wings Asian Zing and 7 wings Honey Garlic. I ordered 10 wings Parmesan Garlic mixed with Asian Zing and 5 wings Hot. Instead, we received 10 wings Asian Zing, 5 wings Parmesan Garlic, 10 wings Honey Garlic, and 5 wings Hot. When I politely pointed this out, Jackie’s response was unprofessional and argumentative. She stated, “I watched them toss it, and it’s not my fault they didn’t listen to me,” rather than taking responsibility or working toward a resolution. But not only that, when an order is messed up this bad, it’s the server who put it in incorrectly. When I reiterated that I was the one tasting the food, she continued to argue with both myself and my husband before ultimately saying, “I’m going to get my manager so she can take care of you because I’m not taking care of this.” The manager who came out was courteous and professional, but by that point the damage to our experience had been done. Due to Jackie’s attitude and lack of accountability, we did not feel comfortable staying to have the order corrected or to continue our meal. We went to a different Buffalo Wild Wings and the experience was entirely different with me getting ALL FLAT WINGS ON TUESDAY.
