Thanks for responding to my review. I'm not interested in following up with you about how to "make it right". I appreciate the offer, but making it right would mean addressing the ongoing concern about lack of customer service at this peticular establishment. The food seems to not be an issue but if you look over the last 6 months of reviews a large majority of negative reviews are because of the staff and how they treat customers. I'd say if you want to "make it right" start by addressing the source of the issue that's been continuously noted by your patrons.
I spoke with 3 different employees between calling and picking up my order. All 3 of them were rude and short with me. Over the phone they were making audible grunts and groans when I asked simple questions like how much a medium vs a large was... I've never eaten here before and I figured I'd give it a shot. Well after my experience today I won't be returning. Customer service goes a long way and when all of your employees are acting like they have better things to do than take my money or answer a simple question I'll just go somewhere else. 1 of the employees I spoke too was supposedly a manager but he couldn't be bothered to do anything other than run the cash register. The food also wasn't that good. After looking at the reviews for this place I was excited. After eating my sandwich I was again met with disappointment. It was sloppy and covered in pepper that ruined the flavor of the rest of the sandwich. I didn't realise a simple lunch order off the menu would be so...
Read moreSo my husband and I ordered lunch once again from this location, needless to say BOTH sandwiches went into the trash. After spending approximately $35.00 we wound up throwing it all away as they were DRENCHED in their Italian seasoning so much so you couldn’t even taste the meat let alone the onions and you know it’s overpowering if you can’t taste the onions. We called and spoke to a Jason or Justin, sorry it’s one of the two, who stated that he was the “managing partner “, and he told us that he would reimburse us, however, only a portion was reimbursed. Unbelievable. Our entire lunch went into the trash. The Italian seasoning was so overwhelming and so pungent that the taste just lingered on your tongue for quite some time. Absolutely disgusting. Also, why are the employees handling money then going back to making sandwiches without washing their hands? Unbelievable. Save your money and your stomachs. Caines, Kneaders, Smokin Fins, they’re all right there and their food is incredible! Shoot they just opened a new Denny’s! Almost anything is and will be better and the operating managers and employees actually care about their customers especially their devout customers in which we will no longer be nor support this place any longer. Please save your...

I've been here 3 times and every time each item has been so good! I wish they were open later though. Faith was who greeted me today and she was super kind!
To the people leaving bad reviews about the service you.. you do realize it is hard to staff for industry establishments right? Most of the kids who work here are in high school/ college and are doing the best they can in a very snooty area.
If you are comparing this location to out of state locations you also need to understand that products are different in different states. The reason In & Out didn't want to come to Colorado is because of product shipment quality. You can definitely taste the difference in AZ & CA vs CO. I'm sure your home state would take you back so you can stop raising our housing market. Then you can eat all the sandwiches there you want!
It also appears the people who are complaining are special ordering items. You can always eat at home if you aren't happy... have a billion dietary restrictions and need to special order things for your needy "special requests." Establishments and others aren't responsible for your lifestyle or personal problems. Lol
It doesn't hurt to be kind to people especially those who handle your food... ever seen the...
