CaT's Pourhouse — Restaurant in Colorado

This is 1 of our favorite places to eat. We come at least once every week or two, how ever lately service has seemed to go down hill. We have 1 or 2 people who take good care of us but the rest are pretty much like what do you want and here you go. Also ordered wings to go, got charged a Togo fee was asked if I wanted the sauce on the side so they don't get soggy so I said sure. I got 1 tiny cup of sauce that is not even enough for 1 wing so when I asked for more Togo I was charged for them. The amount of extra sauce I paid for is still not enough to toss the wings in so I guess I should of had them tossed in store would of had more sauce with no extra charge. I don't mind paying the little extra but if I'm gonna be charged for less sauce then would have came on them had I not said on the side which was suggested that's not right. Love this place but seems like service gets worse every time we come. I work in the industry so I understand it from both points of view, but as someone who works for tips and then goes out to eat and gets bad service it's disappointing. I will be back because it's my kids favorite food... however I think they need to work on service because even if food is not up to par a great server can make a bad experience great but lately it's all been falling flat. Check was dropped never checked on till I had my card out and never checked on while finishing up drinks...

I hate to leave negative reviews on small business restaurants because I am in the industry and in management. However, since my experience wasn't rectified in house, I guess I have no choice. We were in for late lunch today. Around 1:45....ordered a beer, got it right away. Food? Another story. After a 30 minute wait for a BLT & 2 Grinders, one of the three servers dropped off our check...😳...before we got our food! Really?? Another 10 mins later we got our food. I understand the nature of a bogged down kitchen, so I didn't sweat it because we were starving. Sad to say, after our 40 minute wait, our Grinders were cold and our BLT looked like it was sitting for quite some time. So much so that we boxed it to take it home to put in the microwave. Not sure what happened. Forgotten by the three separate waitresses we had? Not sure but a 40 min wait for cold food on a slow Monday afternoon is poor. I didn't want anything for free or to make a big stink. As a manager, I would want to know what my staff is up to. If I had a 40 minute ticket, I would make darn sure the food coming out was up to standards. Btw, all the wait staff were super nice. Just...

My first experience with this restaurant. At first it went as expected with three toddlers under 2; they noisily expressed their joy with shrieks periodically. At no point were any of them making noise for longer than 5 minutes. The table cross from us shot the middle finger at our babies and hurled nasty faces at us until they boiled over with rage about our children and started cussing at us. The woman at the other table screamed at us about our noisy children in front of her children and our children. (ironic right?) I would understand if we were being reasonably disruptive and not trying to soothe the situation, but we were making efforts to entertain and keep the kids calm. I could see this being an isolated incident between guests- however the staff including our waitress condoned their behavior by accommodating them after they verbally harassed us. All of this in front of our children… prior to all of this, they were allowing a man to approach all of the tables and ask if we wanted our shoes shined? The food wasn’t anything to write home about either, but not the worst ever to be fair. But definitely not good enough to ever come back after this...
