Rocky Mountain Fan Cave — Local services in Centennial

This is a fantastic new Sports and TCG card shop in the Highlands Ranch/Littleton area. This area was in desperate need for a card/hobby shop and this place definitely goes above and beyond to fit the bill!

Entering in the store, there is a great area for browsing singles and finding treasures. Boxes are well organized and easy to browse, separated by sport and price. All $1 and up cards were top-loaded and in fantastic condition. There is also a $.25 card box that is fun to browse and I found a couple awesome inserts to bring home! I found great quality cards including prizms, colors, numbered, autos and patches and everything was priced correctly and very reasonably.

The shop also has a nice collection and mix of graded and raw cards in the mid-high end category. A couple immediately caught my eye that I will come back in for next week :-)

Two main areas stand out that I am super excited about. This shop has a great collection of sealed product and hard to find wax. Prices were incredibly reasonable and selection was awesome! I will be going back for all my hobby box purchases.

The other standout for this shop is their grading service. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about grading and offers a $20 per card option for helping to send cards off to PSA. I will DEFINITELY be jumping on this great offer that can't be beat!

To be honest, I've called multiple times now, with what I'd consider to be rather simple inquiries..and I've concluded I wouldn't bother giving them my business, after speaking to the same dismissive, bothered manager/owner/whoever. Lol...

When you're a small business owner, it's important to remember you will net more bees with honey than vinegar, but unfortunately you seem immensely bitter through and through and that doesn't give your community a good representation of you, but after speaking with you..it's clear you couldn't care less! But you must also remember, word of mouth travels QUICK ;)

Chances are, my slab vault alone could buy out your entire store from under you, or come VERY close to it... so save the I'm-better-than-you attitude with someone like me because I'll certainly dish it back 😂

I mean let's get real, your store front is quite laughable for any true collector/investor.

I’ve been to this place a few times for sports cards. The owner isn’t that friendly nor talkative. Unfortunately, the owner doesn’t buy new sports cards or have a good stock of recent cards (mainly boxes or packs of recent releases). Each time I’ve been in, they have the same old cards from 2023 hanging on the wall because nobody is buying the product. It’s July 2024, and there really should be a large variety of 2024 sports cards available, but there isn’t. The prices are a bit higher than what you get at other card stores too. They didn’t have any rookie top loaders and not a wide selection of graded cards. I hope this place survives, but if they don't get a recent stock of cards and supplies and lower their prices to compete with other stores out there, I’ll probably just drive further to...
