Glo Tanning — Local services in Centennial

I recently relocated to the Highlands Ranch area and needed to find a tanning salon. I became frustrated after finding countless poor reviews for several tanning salons in the area. The Grand Palms Tanning Resort had one poor review but the owner responded to the poor review which meant a lot to me so I decided to take a chance with The Grand Palms Tanning Resort. I went on a weeknight about an hour before closing and there were about 5 customers ahead of me in line. The staff was very courteous and patient and did not rush any of the customers. The atmosphere inside was very tranquil with ocean sounds and tropical décor throughout the establishment. Once at the front of the line I was greeted by both Kayla and Tash. They both were very helpful in explaining the various tanning options they had to offer. I decided to go with their Tanning Points Package since it can be used with any tanning bed and the points never expire and can be shared. I chose the Hawaii bed but there were 2 customers ahead of me in line so I had to wait about 30 minutes for my bed. There were several different magazines in the waiting area to help pass the time. Once the Hawaii bed was ready for me, Kayla showed me to my room and patiently explained how to use the various things in the tanning bed including the fan speed, facial brightness, radio controls, and how to start/stop the tanning bed. The bed was very warm because I was at least the 4th customer in a row to use the bed but that was to be expected. The fan speed/power was not great so it did get very warm but I enjoyed the heat on my body since it was raining outside. When my session was complete, both Kayla and Tash asked me how my experience was and said they looked forward to me returning in the near future. The customer service was obviously excellent and the ambiance was great! I will definitely continue tanning at The Grand Palms Tanning Resort and would highly recommend...

My experience with glow tanning has been quite positive thus far. One aspect that I appreciate is the wide range of products and services they provide. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies, are warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did encounter a problem with my monthly membership payment method. Fortunately, Heather promptly addressed this issue. For those unfamiliar with Heather, she exemplifies professionalism and exceptional customer service. She not only rectified the error without delay but also made me feel valued and respected. I am truly grateful for Heather's assistance and dedication.

Her willingness to reach out and resolve the payment issue promptly showcased her commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. I was impressed by her proactive approach and the level of care. UPDATED 8/22 (was 4 star) I had a 15 min. bed, was supposed to be for full time. bed shut off early. I asked how long she put the bed on for, and she told me 10 minutes ( she thought was full time). the other employee said no it's 15 min. So ⅓ of my session that's kind of a lot when you think about tanning times. SHORTING me ONE THIRD of 15 min. is a lot. The response I received .... "oh sorry" the appropriate response wuld have been "oh let me go add five" that would have been appropriate not an "oh sorry you can come to the full time tomorrow"

** tanning employees ( everywhere) really ought to know what UVA and UVB rays are. "bronzing" and "burning" rays isnt a thing! I was told thebwdi was in (which was CUT A THIRD SHORT) was UVA... looking at the bulbs, and reading... it was B

I think this is a good alternative to at the beach it is significantly cleaner it looks like they actually clean LOL they have nice beds they have a large assortment in my experience the staff has been friendly it seems a little expensive but tanning is more expensive these days than it used to be so it's not bad they have other cool machines Services besides just tanning like pods you can go...
