Firehouse Subs Highlands Ranch — Restaurant in Colorado

Lazy, disengaged, rude, and uncaring staff. My fridge died while at work, in a pinch, we ordered from this location. When I arrived the front door was already locked (20 minutes before they close) came inside, neither employee even acknowledged me, I asked for my order and they lazily pointed towards the front of the store where a single bag was ready. I grabbed it asked to go out the front door, both employees replied at the same time, one said it was broken and another just said no it’s locked so I had to walk out the side door again. Got home, was given the wrong order and it was covered in cheese which my starving wife is allergic to. We called and they wouldn’t refund us, didn’t offer any meaningful apology, then was promptly ignored by managers Shawni and Buck. Will never come to this firehouse again. I hope they all...

Visit today was less than expected. Placed my order at 12:43 and waited till 1:15 to get my order. Meanwhile, three people that placed their order after me left before me with their orders. I walked to the counter to find out where my order was. I was told sorry we are making it right now. No explanation no cares at all from the staff. When my sandwich was handed to me I said " you do realize that it has taken you 30 minutes to make my order?" The response from the manager was "sorry we are very busy!" Why not just tell me your order got placed in the wrong spot in line that is why it took so long. Then to top it all off they did not drain all the water from the steamer they heat the meat in before placing it on the sandwich, which made it pretty much sub soup in a box. I never post reviews but I’m just irritated with how people leave teenagers to run stores now and days. I walk in to make an order and I’m waiting for a few minute while two blonde employees one female and one male are flirting by the soda machine and then finally after a few minutes one of them says “are you looking for a cup or something” and I said no I’m looking to order So finally the female takes my order and when she does she barley speaks to me she is talking to her blonde male coworker the entire time. Then when the male coworker made my sandwich the meat was cold and they even forgot my pickle which is something so simple. But after that I definitely won’t be coming back. Teenagers are not meant to run a store alone and if so please make sure they aren’t flirting the entire time and can at least steam...
