The amount of unsanitary employees in this cold stone blows my mind. One night I went in and there were no other customers in the store but one, it was a guy. I thought nothing of it until I saw in front of him was one of the employees sitting on the counter as this man was hugging her and grabbing her waist. She then proceeded to try to help us without washing her hands. On another occasion multiple employees had their masks under their nose. When dealing with food during a pandemic you would think they would wear their mask correctly. No matter how many times things have gone wrong at this store I still come back and try to give it a chance because it’s 5 minutes from my house. Another thing is don’t rely on the closing time online this cold stone closes when they want to whether it’s an hour early or 30 minutes early. And don’t bother trying to call the store to ask if they are open you will be sent to voicemail. I love cold stone and I truly wish these issues...
Read moreIt’s a hot summer Saturday night.. lots of teens sitting out in front of the store .. we walk in to the store 9:56... yes I know almost closing time.. but the kid with the long man bun hair and unshaven face tells me they are closed.. if I own the store and there are four employees working and I can sell another $10 or so of ice cream in the last four minutes I’m supposed to be open then I want to sell that ice cream. $10 pays for one of those employees last hour of work. This young man proceeds to tell me that it’s a “huge inconvenience” to serve us. Literally those were his words. When I question his actions he says “oh no no no I’m happy to help you actually not happy at all.”.. Again literally his words.. What is the point of having hours that you’re available for sales if you’re going to turn customers away before those times.?? If I’m the owner I want to know that this employee treated a customer was total disrespect , And really cares nothing...
Read moreExcellent customer service experience tonight. Two of your employees Asia(spelling?) and Brooklyn called me after our grubhub order was cancelled (I suspect there were no available drivers). They called to ensure that if we still wanted to come and get our ice cream that they would wait for us, mind you this was about 10 minutes prior to close. After arriving about 5 minutes after close I was greeted with smiling faces and apologies for the inconvenience (which were completely unnecessary). They treated me very well and topped everything off by giving us cards for complimentary ice cream. Needless to say I was blown away by the service given the fact that it was closing time and a problem that was rightly not theirs to solve. I would like to thank and commend these young ladies and say that this kind of service is what earns customers.
