Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Littleton

I’ve never had a problem with this location, but on Mother’s Day I online ordered a drink with soft top. I go in with my mom and she gets her drink no problem. Also, note, it wasn’t busy like at all, they had maybe one person in the drive thru, and 3 people inside including my mom & I. The lady hands me my drink, no soft top, so I kindly said, “hey I got soft top with this.” It was an extra dollar, obviously I was going to say something. She immediately responded with “WHAT?!!!” So I repeated myself. She walks away and comes back 30 seconds later with the tiniest amount of soft top. It didn’t even cover the top layer of the cup. It literally had to be maybe a tablespoon? She didn’t say a word. Basically dumped it on my drink, and put on the lid, and shoved it to me. I didn’t say anything, but god damn, I never had a shitty experience like that at Dutch Bros before. Most of the time, the whole staff is super friendly. Whoever that lady was, was a terrible person. I’ve worked a barista job before, and sorry, but if you’re going to be shitty about SOFT TOP maybe Dutch bros isn’t...

BAD SERVICE, NOT A GOOD DUTCH BROS!!! GO TO ANOTHER DUTCH LOCATION

As much as I enjoy Dutch bros, I really can’t justify coming to this specific location. Out of the 6 times I’ve been here I’ve had 4 drinks messed up. I’ve never had an issue at their colfax or at their conifer location. Maybe I’ll come back here in a month since I know this location is new. Employees are nice but they keep messing up with drinks. I don’t want to keep calling customer service and be put on a do not serve list.

Went again because customer service assured me. DO NOT GO. Not the Dutch experience, didn’t talk to us. All employees sound like they were high During the first drink they laughed and said “whoops we forgot the chai” THE WHOLE DRINK WAS CHAI. So they last minute added it. Handed it then realized they forgot the caramel drizzle (on a chai golden eagle) Took longer than any other place. I went to the new one by south Glenn and the service was amazing. They were quick and they made the drink PERFECTLY Drink was no where close filled...

If you have allergies or sensitivities do not go here. I had gotten into the habit of treating myself with a matcha a few times a week while I’m out and about working this year. It’s mostly been enjoyable to stop in here and get this treat except when it’s not enjoyable it’s a major issue. I always order my drinks with almond milk and often times make sure when I pick it up that’s what it was made with unless the person handing it off specifically says it’s an almond milk matcha. Twice now I have gotten regular milk. Both times I unfortunately questioned my taste buds and thought I was being paranoid at first…after a few sips both times I could already feel havoc wreaking in my stomach and thankfully threw out the drink. This truly messes my stomach up for at least 24hrs-I almost shit my pants within minutes of drinking milk. I have horrible stomach cramps the rest of the day. The matcha there being tasty and staff being pleasant isn’t worth the risk anymore for me. If you have a dairy intolerance I highly suggest...
