IHOP — Restaurant in Four Corners States

My family of 3 (including myself) walk in to get seated there was 2 other family's infront of us. The 1st family stepped outside because it was a little crowded in the waiting area a young man comes up and takes the 2nd family instead of the people that were there first, then the young man tells us he can take us to our table and the 1st family is just in the other waiting room. I tell him they were infront of us, so I walked over to the other room and grabbed the family and they were incredibly grateful. So we finally get to our table the server comes over immediately gets our drinks and takes our order. As we get our drinks me and my wife are looking around at all the empty tables about 5 minutes go by and the tables fill up. We wait patiently for our food and at this point my son is jumping up and down impatient waiting for his food I look around and it's gotten pretty busy. About another 20mins go by and we are still patiently waiting. Another 20mins go by and I'm looking around to see if I can spot down our server. A few minutes go by he comes out of the kitchen with some plates were all excited for our food then he walks by and takes it to the table next to us who barely just got seated. About another 10 minutes go by he comes out with more plates stops infront of our table and we get excited again(at this point we are pretty hungry especially my son) one of the other servers is yelling at our server that's not our food it's the table behind us who just barely got seated aswell he gives us this look of confusion. I look at my clock and notice now we have been waiting for over an hour now. The server comes back over to our table and says they are starting to make our food now. After almost waiting an hour and a half they BARELY were starting to cook our food. Needless to say we will never be coming back to...

Its been months since ive been in. Gonna see if anyone pays any attention to reveiws in this company. I will walk out and we will never return to any ihop if that woman is still employed here. She is rude and forgets every order and has no buisness serving! Well she still works here, is our server, and already forgot half our drink order (for 2 people!). Im not even mad at her anymore, she clearly will never be a quality worker, but IHOP?!?!?! Do you guys not even care about your publicity?! Wow! Pathetic buisness!!! Everytime we get this server, she forgets our entire order. She waited 20 min to take our drink order, and tried to take our food order at the same time. She has never once got my order correct. Yet continues to take orders without writing anything down. There are 3 guys here that i beleive are the best servers at any restraunt in the area. Then you have this girl that belongs nowhere near customer service. She is constantly stressed and you can see it in her actions, face, and forgetfullness. Still refuses to write anything down. Why dont these other servers teach her, or ihop get rid of her as she makes us not want to come in on the chance that we get sat by her in her...

I went last night for dinner. No one was there so I thought well less germs lol. It was 5 of us, one being a child. The window says kids eat free 4 to 10 everyday. Apparently only if you order certain things because I got charged (not that the waitress told us that) my daughter wanted Chicolate Chip pancakes so she couldn’t order off the cheap breakfast menu. Her breakfast was 13 and change and then they added more because they were chocolate chip (again the waitress left that out) my grandson ordered a breaded chicken meal, he read it straight of the menu including what it came with (he does this everywhere) she came with a sandwich for him? We said that was not right and she argued. Never did he say sandwich she said he didn’t say not a sandwich OMG. Again remember really dead restaurant but it took 30 minutes to get his meal correctly brought out. We were done eating by then. So bottom lime 71 dollars for Mediocre food and terrible service I just should’ve maybe went to the steakhouse!!! Don’t go here. They didn’t even offer to remove the meal they messed up!
