*Reveloe pending based on restaurant response.
I’ve visited this location about three times in the last month, and each time I seem to get a different experience. I last went in July when I had issues with wait time and food quality, and received a response to a feedback submission saying to expect a voucher in the mail… which I never received.
I came in earlier this month to give them another chance, and surprisingly had a much better experience with dine in versus carry-out/drove-thru. Went back again a few weeks later, and had a much less admirable experience… food was brought out very quickly and didn’t taste/feel fresh (like-warm/cold as if it was sitting out and not made to order) and a staff member directed a stranger to my table that made me feel ettremely uncomfortable. Also grabbed another four-pack of custard pints and the price had jumped by about $5 since my last visit… only for me to find out during my last visit a few days ago (just grabbed custard, no food because I was scared) this was because of a promotion nobody made me aware of at the time, which felt deceiving to me as a blind customer who can’t read the menu or see any posted signs about advertising/promotions. Don’t understand why I wasn’t explained this during my last vsisit, but now I’m hesitant to go back because I don’t want another bad experience. It feels like they may be trying to deceive me as a disabled customer, and hopefully I can address these concerns with the management team and find ways to make my edpeince more enjoyable in the future.

Read moreNew restaurant recently opened on South Wadsworth in Lakewood. Excited to try since we love, love, love and enjoy eating regularly at Culver's restaurants. Not at this one... so, so disappointed. Are ALL of its employees 🙄 new? Untrained? Okay with that because at least some people want to work. But an established business has an established reputation to maintain. We waited for what seemed like forever to get our order. It came to us cool to the touch... our fish, our french fries and, of course, our rolls. The dinner rolls are always served cold. With hot food But? Don't know why. But fish and french fries? So what was the hold-up? No idea. But our shrimp was hot, and fried to a dark brown hard crunchy crisp! We were one of maybe 3 other couples inside the entire restaurant. The drive thru, a bit ridiculous. Quite a bit ridiculous. A woman in a white vehicle, referring to customer #1 by the number "1" tag hanging from her car door handle. She pulled to the side curb after coming from the drive thru. She sat in her car for 10+ minutes waiting for her order. We saw her finally drive off. After five, yes, five more minutes (keeping track of timing now because we are in disbelief of what we are seeing and are experiencing. Then a server comes from the front of the store looking for customer #1. 😳 WE are NOT 😳 in the drive thru, but the person we saw drive off from waiting at the curb, was or should have been #1. We are still shaking our heads in disbelief. And it cost $50+ for 2? Went home pretty upset about the whole ordeal. Heck, we are still...
Read moreI don't understand the appeal of this place. Food is just average but the service is so slow. People were sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes and still had to come in to get their food. Doesn't that negate the purpose of a drive thru? My grandparents, my 7 year old and I ate inside and it took a good 25 minutes for our dinner to come (3 sandwiches, pot roast dinner and 2 sides). We had to ask for utensils (I would think if you saw someone order a pot roast, applesauce, mashed potatoes and brocolli they would need utensils but what do I know 🤷🏻♀️) and was still short a spoon. I went up to the front where 5 people were working and no one bothered to turn around and ask if myself or the many people standing at the counter needed anything. After waiting about 5 minutes, my grandma came to get me and said she wouldn't use her spoon so I can use it. Burger was salty, cheese curds had no flavor, and mashed potatoes were clearly from a box and not mixed very well. We made the mistake of ordering custard and that took another 20 minutes to come out too. They only gave it to us when we asked if it was coming. Apparently they made it then stuck it in a cooler? Like, why? I hate complaining because I'm sure the kids are doing the best they can with the poor 'training' they've been given but the lack of organization will put this location out of business real soon.
TLDR: don't have any other plans if you eat here and bring your...
