I want to preface this review by saying that I typically don’t write bad reviews. So… let’s get into it. I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts since it opened. From the start there where some major issues. They where always running out of food or they where completely understaffed. I took this with a grain of salt considering it had just opened. I figured they’d need a few months to get up to speed. But at this point it’s getting ridiculous. For example: Monday of last week I pull up to the drive through after going to the gym at 7:00 am. After a good 20 seconds of scared silence I finally said “Hello?” After about 10 seconds a small voice came over the speaker saying “sorry ma’am no one was here to open, so I don’t have anything ready.” Obviously it sounded like a little girl who was in way over her head. (Not the person I’m upset with). I thought to myself “this is exactly what happened around 5 months ago.” Because it did happen 5 months ago, where on a Saturday this same incident happened. It was a young girl running the entire shop by herself on the verge of tears when I walked in to pick up my mobile order. She had apologized to me for the wait but her service was wonderful. She had said the same thing that “no one opened this morning so I’m here alone.”
Clearly there is a problem with the management of this facility. Because young girls who aren’t managers should not be continually tasked with doing a job above their pay grade.
Besides all of the management issues and clear disregard for child labor laws, my food this morning has bacon on it when it’s supposed to be a veggie egg white bite.
Listen, I let a lot of things slide and I try to give the benefit of the doubt where ever I see fit, but this cap is popping off today because I can’t let this kind of stuff slide anymore it’s just too much.
Get your management under control it’s clearly gotten out of hand considering I’m writing a review about...

Read moreI placed a mobile order and showed up about 10 minutes later. A few folks in line, one waiting off to the side. I checked in with the Dunkin barista—or should I say, Dunkarista—and took a seat. The order wasn’t tiny: a few drinks, bacon snack, bagel bites, 25 munchkins, and a half-dozen donuts. I expected a 10–15 minute wait, totally fair. 20 minutes go by, and three other mobile orders are handed out. I check in again. Magic! Suddenly they remember the rest of my order. I finally get everything just shy of the 40-minute mark. To their credit, the Dunkarista apologized for the delay and even tossed in an extra drink since the others had hit halftime. Nice recovery. This is where the story should have ended. Munchkins? Spot on. 🍩 Half-dozen? 5 out of 6 were fresh—acceptable. The sprinkle donut, though? The chocolate was barely brushing the surface, like someone buttered it with guilt. And now, the kicker—the bagel bites. Were they tasty? I couldn’t tell you. I was unable to eat them. Room temperature, rock-solid, and tragically overcooked (or under-burned—it’s hard to tell when you need dental insurance just to take a bite). If you serve something this far gone and think, “Yeah, that’s fine,” then I have serious concerns about your quality standards—and maybe your food safety, too. I think I’ll pass next time. Like John Stockton on a...
