Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado

This location is horrible.

With one recent order, after waiting an hour+ for delivery, I called and was told they were short drivers. So I went to the store to pickup my food. I asked for a credit for the tip and delivery fee since I didn't receive that service and was told they didn't know how to do that. They were busy and visibly stressed, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and politely went on my way. Things happen, I can understand that.

Then I gave them another chance with a delivery order a couple weeks later. This time, I called them after waiting 1 hour 40 mins for my order. I told the gal at the store I'd like to cancel my order because it'd been close to 2 hours at which point she started acting like we had a bad connection saying "hello, hello?" and hung up on me. I tired to call back only to be put on hold and while I was on hold my food showed up. They should forfeit the delivery fees if it takes them 2 hours. That was a week ago. I submitted feedback via their website, but haven't received any response. Terrible service deserves some sort of response from the store. But nope, they don't care.

As I write this now, someone in my office has been waiting an hour for their delivery from this store. Freaky Fast no more. Slow as molasses now.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! This is a drastically different review than what I would have left a few months ago. A few months ago you were lucky to get what you ordered, even if you watched them make it. A few months ago it would take an hour for them to deliver your sub a mile away. A few months ago there was virtually zero customer service. THAT. HAS. CHANGED. We ordered a platter of subs for our daughter’s birthday. We knew the risks based on our history with this JJ’s but it was the most convenient. I went in to pick the platter up and knew something was different right away, I was GREETED by someone with a SMILE. Kind of threw me off, not gonna lie. Come to find out we had mistakenly ordered the platter for the next day but was told they could knock it out and have it ready in 5-10 minutes. I was happy to wait. During my wait I was hardly on my phone because I was watching this TEAM work together, greet other customers, knock out orders and operate like a well oiled machine. It was such a drastic difference from what I became accustomed to with this JJ’s location. Just adding to the pile of this location's negative reviews. In short, this is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from and it's worth going out of your way to find another one

When I first moved to this neighborhood the delivery was usually on point. They forgot the occasional item, which I tolerated as long as any sandwich made it to my door

Not long after making this my regular sandwich shop, I had to switch to only ordering pickup as deliveries were becoming unreliable. On multiple occasions I ordered delivery and ended up having to drive over to go and get it myself

You would think that having the lights turned off as I pulled up would be a one time deal, but this evening was my second time placing an order during business hours and finding the location to be closed

Between the missing items, items that have been out of stock after ordering, forfeited delivery fees/tips for orders I've had to pick up myself, and the amount of time I've invested waiting or finding the store to be unexpectedly closed.... I've finally been driven to the point of writing this review.
