McDonald's — Restaurant in Colorado

I don't have a lot of 1 star reviews, but when I do, it is because the place was terrible. I have never had too much trouble at a McDonald's. I normally have one maybe 2 things wrong with an order every 5 or so times. And I get it, it's a fast food restaurant with high volumes of people. I went in, and used the new kiosk. Got my order numbering waited... And waited... The group of people waiting was increasing. It was roughly 4:15 when I got there. Finally after what could have been a wait at a regular restaurant, a young teen boy was sorta working my order. By sorta, he sorta did a little, wandered a little, did a little, wandered, finally he asked a supervisor a questioning my number disappeared from the board. Meanwhile, he started another order. I had to go ask is this my order. He looked blankly at me and said, "oh, yeah." I asked if I had drinks, he then asked what drinks did I order? A lady who had come in to get something else that was forgot in the drive thru gave a helping hand by pointing to the receipt next to my order. Med drink and a small. I went to go get my drinks, decided to look in the happy meals, no fries, and minion toy from a year ago. Got fries, looked at my no onion burger, gave up and left. Also did not get the dipping sauce for nuggets. When I left, that place was a zoo of cars. They looked like they had enough staff to run a Walmart, so, not sure if it is just lack of training, or employees who did not really care much. If you read my reviews, you'd see that I am pretty positive. MI know it is a minimum wage job, and there is a severe lack of help these days, but come-on! Anyhow, If you go...

I stumbled across this gem today. I have heard of them before, I guess they are a chain. I was really impressed with their French fries and burgers! They also serve breakfast, chicken, shakes etc. They have all sorts of things to choose from! I was amazed at how fast they prepared the food. Shazam! Next thing I know they are handing it to me. It seems very popular so you may want to avoid peak lunch time hours. The building itself seems quite modern on the outside. Kind of like one of those modern houses in the trendy parts of town. They have speaker boxes with digital displays that I saw people talking to. It looked like they the drove to the side of the building and got their food without even stepping out of their car! I would like to try that sometime but I am not exactly sure how it works. They had 2 lanes that turned into one and it looked a little stressful merging. Anyways the inside was decorated very smartly. It looked like it was designed by Google for that millennial crowd. It was a walk up counter to order your meal, no waiters or waitresses but I did see people cleaning the tables off, so that was nice. The staff was very friendly and the young lady that took my order even told me to have a nice day! Well I sure did after that! It really made my day. They have so many things that I think I could have a different meal everytime I go there for the rest of my life! I will do another review next time I visit. That should say it all right there. The next time I visit. You can bet your bottom dollar I will be going back! So if you haven't tried this place yet, DO IT. You surely won't be...

I understand that McDonald’s is one of those places that makes no sense to make a complaint because it’s just.. McDonalds but regardless of the establishment, I still expect to be treated kindly automatically. My family and I went to this McDonald’s last night, ordered our food, just for the fries to be forgotten, we pull back around, let them know kindly they forgot the fries just for the man at the window to start speaking in Spanish because we looked white (which I am Hispanic so we understood every word he said) stating how “these a$$holes are saying we forgot their fries” paused, told the worker to grab a thing of fries, for one of the girls to shout out “FOR FREE?!!” as if we were just trying to get free food. We paid for those fries, and if we wanted free fries we could’ve just used the code on the app. I find calling someone an a$$hole infront of them in another language to be extremely disrespectful, not only that but the fries were beyond salty anyways meanwhile everyone else’s fries weren’t.. coincidence? I think not, and the food was so bad that one threw up last night and another had diarrhea in the morning which then tells me this place probably is beyond unsanitary (this isn’t even the first time stomachs have been torn up from this specific location) . 10/10 would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s as I’m sure the one down the street treats you a lot better...
