Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I placed a pickup order today at this location, and the app stated it would be ready at 7:54. I get there at 7:54 and they let me know that it’s not quite ready yet but they’re working on it. I totally get that as they were busy and a new location. I wait and wait until I’m watching people who ordered after me get their drinks and leave. It’s now 8:15, I asked the guy at the window if I could just check on my drinks and he states they’re just finishing up and will be right out. I wait and wait more, watch more people leave. It’s now 8:31 and I go up again and ask if they would be done soon. He asks my name and says he forgot about my order and gives it to me. I tell him my iced drink is melted and the hot drinks are cold. He says he can’t remake them since they’re busy. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I love Dutch bros, but this location needs a lot of improvement. Never will go to this...

Slowest Dutch Bros on record. Highly convenient location for me, but I will be going well out of my way in the future to hit any other location in town for actual speed and punctual service.

I have now tried repeatedly to use the link provided below to "discuss" this incident and it takes me nowhere helpful. This seems par for the course.

I usually go to the location in fountain and they are amazing! But today I went to this new location and ordered two drinks and one we wanted hot. And they said they will make it over so we were handing them the cold one back and a girl said keep it. Well after they got done making the drink another girl rudely came over and said give us back the cold one. That's what we were doing in the first place! But someone else said keep it!
