We had an unpleasant experience at this store. As we walked into the store, we said hello to the two employees. We were ignored. We walked to the counter. We were ignored as the two employees were making sandwiches for online orders, we learned. After a few minutes of awkwardly waiting for, at least, acknowledgment, I said, "Hello, I'd like to order a sandwich." I was told that online orders had to be completed first, per manager's (Kurt's) rules. I said, "But, I'm here. Shouldn't you take my order?" Yeah, they didn't care. Finally, my one sandwich was begrudgingly made. It was terrible: old, dry and crumbly bread. Brown lettuce. I should have never ordered a sandwich here; should have just turned around and left. No worries, I will not go back to this Subway. Management is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Quality of food is terrible. Community, we need to band together and stop giving money to places that don't care about quality (customer service or product). Prices are WAY too high for the quality we get. Read moreWe went to this location on November 7, 2023 at dinner time. When we arrived there was only one single employee in the shop. He had been left to run the drive thru, counter and internet orders all by himself. There was a line out the door, a line of cars in the drive thru and orders for door dash. That poor employee couldn't keep up and customers were driving off without their food. This is unacceptable. No employee should be left to run an entire shop on their own. I felt so bad for that poor kid. The owner of that shop should be ashamed of themselves. The employee was pleasant and made our order perfectly and even smiled at us. He really was the only redeeming thing about our experience. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches to be made, the lettuce was brown and wilted, so we skipped it. The owner should know they probably lost hundreds of dollars in sales because they didn't properly staff their store. Poor business and management. Awesome kid who made our sandwiches deserves a huge raise. Honestly, he should quit and find a place to work where he is appreciated and treated...
Read moreoh my...I never write reviews. But, I went in after a doctor appt, thought it would be fast because there was literally no one in there. My first sandwich was made wrong and had to be remade. By the time he started on the second one, I had another person with a large order go right in front of me. I got a very basic footlong sandwich-at the checkout I asked to make it a combo with chips and a drink he responded "I do not know if we can do that" JUST CHARGE ME AND LET ME GO....didn't get a cup or a bag until I asked for one....tried two different soda's at the machine they all tasted like the they need to be refilled with a new syrup. Came home and my sandwich wasn't wrapped up tight with a sticker so its literally falling apart in the bag. I really think this kid was trying his best, but spend more time training him....WHEW!
