I was very very impressed by the service I was provided at the shop upon pickup. The gentlemen knew exactly what I ordered and it was ready to go when I arrived. The thing I didn't like was that I could honestly eat my Reuben in 2 bites. I'm not being dramatic either, literally 2 bites! My wife got the Cuban and it was the best Cuban ive ever had. The reuben....nah. never again.. I didn't even know rye bread came that small.

ADDITION: I was refunded my reuben which I never expected. I was only hoping that the reubens weren't always this size and it makes sense given the pandemic why they had to find a substitute. Thanks so much for the refund! I will be sure to spend that refunded money...

Although the different locations have different menus, I really enjoy the Denver locations menu, so this being my first time to Steamboat, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were fine, but really just very basic. Could have used some hot sauce, or even just some type of sauce to brighten up the flavors, as they were a little bland. But I will say the food was fresh, service was good, and the location is pretty peaceful in the mornings. And they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

This is our go-to to-go place (6/2020)- So many options and very consistent in quality and service. Try the bushwacker if you like a mild curry chicken salad (add cranberry chutney for a little boost). Half sandwiches provide a good portion for a light meal. Soups are also quality - a coconut curry lentil was a unique and tasty option. Their on-line app is very intuitive and allows for lots of customization/options even for picky eaters (my family does lots of build your own sandwiches).
