Noodles & More Saigon Café — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I think this is one of the first reviews I've done. However, I need to post about this restaurant. I ordered two items from them via a delivery app. One of which was the tom yum soup. I have a very strong dislike for anything seafood so I called the restaurant to ask if there was any seafood in either dish. I was assured there was not. So I placed my order. After placing my order, I looked online and saw that normally there is fish sauce. So I called again to change my order. They said that only the delivery company can change it so I called them. They reached out to the restaurant and the restaurant said that there is no seafood or fish sauce and they already made my soup so they can not change it. The delivery called me and said they assured them that there was no seafood in the soup so I went ahead and kept my order. Once I got it, I tasted what I thought was seafood. I called the restaurant again and they finally admitted that there is shrimp in the soup. So after being assured of the lack of seafood there indeed was seafood (thankfully I wasn't allergic, since it was shellfish). During that last phonecall they told me that there's no record of my original phonecall, even though I had record on my phone.

The pad thai is good and I am getting a refund for the soup, but after what I dealt with with the soup I recommend not going if you have any sort of dislike or allergy for anything because they will not be...

I ordered the Pho and some sushi. My wife ordered the yellow curry. The Pho was so-so and oddly sweet. I've never had sweet Pho before, so that was weird. The curry was also mediocre. The sushi was actually pretty good though. However, I have to rate this place super low because the waiter we had was so legendarily rude, I have to tell my friends and, hopefully whoever reads this, to never go here. He was definitely the worst waiter I've ever had the misfortune of having. Not even being dramatic; he literally sighed and huffed when I asked for a coke and he did it again when I asked for a refill. And me asking for that refill was the only time he actually took care of us; he never refilled the water, he never asked if we needed anything else, and we had to get someone else to give us the check. I get people have bad days and I could sense he had a terrible attitude, but for goodness sake, at least fake it in front of...

Whomever the hostess is at the front is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. It was 9:10 PM and my group of 4 was not allowed to sit down per her demand, even though her staff wanted us to sit down at a table as there were plenty open, and the establishment closed at 10. After multiple walk in take out orders left before ours, I asked how much longer it would be, as it had already been 50 minutes of waiting. Her and some other hostess said “if you don’t want to wait for your sushi then leave”. Keep in mind this was after we had already given our credit card , spending over $100 + tip (for waitstaff) on a carry out order. No wonder the staff at the bar next door said they had rude service and that they didn’t care about their customers. Shocked to have received this demeaning level of service, especially during COVID, when I would think that restaurants would want all the business they could get. Definitely...
