This location is flat out awful with poor customer service. I walked in all staff were in the back & was not greeted. When someone finally came out I still was not greeted but another customer entered whom seemed the employees knew was greeted with a “Hi, How are you doing?” A second employee then walked out with a disdain look upon her face. I then was asked about my order. The entire duration of my order the two employees were carrying on a lengthy conversation with the customer behind me, which included how the customer was putting them to work bc she had a large order. Multiple times the employee taking my order started conversing with the other customer & worker to the point where every time I told her what I wanted on my sandwiches she forget & had to ask multiple times. On the fourth time, I asked if she could stop talking to the woman and focus on my order instead so I would not have keep repeating myself & my order could be completed. She then said under her breathe “ “Let me calm down” as if she was getting amped up or had to calm herself from doing something she might regret later…I then explained to her I just wanted her full attention on my order. Her attitude remained. Every time I asked her to put something on my order she put the least amount to where I had to keep asking her for a decent amount of ingredients. At checkout I said “ Thank you, have a great day” where again I was greeted with silence. Which saddens me because I have been coming to this subway for years & have been delighted with its services until a full new staff had been implemented & I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this rude behavior. Read morei got to this store at 9:15pm on wednesday 8/6/25, the closing time is clearly 10pm according to google maps. i walked up to the door and there were 2 ladies inside, one behind the counter and one sweeping the floor opposite of the counter. when i tried to open the door, it was locked. i made eye contact with them and mouthed “it’s closed?”, they proceeded to look at each other, then the one who was sweeping looked at her watch and shook her head “yes” that it was closed. let me remind you that it was 9:15PM, when it clearly states that this subway closes at 10PM. not to mention that i have been to this subway in the past, AFTER 9:30PM, so i know for a fact that they are open until 10PM which is why i come to this one in my neighborhood. when i left, i sat in my car directly outside the subway, on google maps, looking for a different place to eat, since this subway clearly didn’t want to serve me and the lady inside sweeping kept looking out at my car like she was mad that i was still sitting in the parking lot. it’s not my fault you chose to close early on your own accord and i had to sit in the parking lot to find a new place to eat that was actually still open at the appropriate time. if this subway is no longer open until 10PM then update it properly on here so no one is going out of their way to drive here because they think they are going to get service. if it is open until 10PM, then i would give it 0 stars if i could bc clearly this isn’t the first time this subway choses to close early & your employees need to stop being lazy and closing early just bc they want to clean up and go home. you get paid to be here, if you don’t like your job, then QUIT. horrible service, do...
Read moreI waited 25 minutes for 8 people ahead of me to get serviced by 2 people. As I get to the front BOTH of the employees decide to help a young woman that came in behind me looking for an online order that she never placed, the young girl did ask me to wait before she started refilling the vegetables but I stood there being ignored for another 2 minutes while they both ran around looking for her order before I walked out of the establishment. I’m a middle aged black woman and the two employers were young Hispanic’s, the young girl who grabbed both their attentions was also a young attractive Hispanic girl. The young man with the colored eyes went out of his way, literally stopped cutting my bread in half once he noticed her to ask if he could help her. It was very embarrassing and emotionally frustrating to stand there and pretend that they weren’t attending the younger customer that came in behind me after I patiently waited my turn to get my food.
