Please think twice about going to this place. I’m disabled so I send my In-Home Support lady to drop off the vacuum. Some kid who is not the owner greeted her said the owner would call me on the next day. He said where’s our $15 deposit she said my client was never told that there was a $15 deposit. So at 4 PM I still haven’t heard from the shop so I called and the owner answered the phone. I said I spoke to you last week and you never mentioned a $15 deposit and he said you never asked me like it was my fault. I was also told after the fact from some other people that they’ve had major issues with this guy. His name is Alex. That’s the owner and he’s a real jerk. Please reconsider going there. Took sewing machine in on a Monday. Maria said it should b ready by weekend. I called on Friday to check. She said tech was taking it to the back to c what was wrong with it .I said ok I'll call sat. She said give them till Monday. I called Monday and the man that answered said that the tech had been on vacation since Thursday n wouldn't b back till next day (tues) .I told him what Maria told me and he said no.that he would call me Tues after the tech looks at it .he didn't call Tues n didn't call Wed. I bought a vacuum cleaner through Walmart in December 2023, and it recently broke. Since it's still under warranty, I contacted the manufacturer, and they said all they have to do is ship it back, and they will send me a brand new one. I realized I didn't have any boxes that could fit my vacuum cleaner. I realized there was a U-haul location close by, and I went there, and I didn't even realize it was a sewing and vacuum store as well. The people there were able to put together a box for me that would correctly hold my vacuum cleaner during shipping, and they were kind enough to load it in the backseat of my car for me.
