Wendy's has great food, but this one restaurant of. their chain is not " fast-paced, they need to be re-trained to be able to deliver fast food fast, not take their time. These employees can do great work except they don't work fast enough for a fast food restaurant. People in the drive thru mind have well walked in and ordered at the counter and sat down to wait on their orders. It is like being in an ordinary restaurant. A lot of people on their lunch breaks are better off picking another drive thru over Wendy's if you're in a hurry. They need to prioritize their orders. For example, I went to get a frosty and had to wait for the long orders to be completed before I could actually get my frosty. By that time I wasn't really interested in the frosty as much and was very frustrated over the fact I had to wait on someone else's long order before I got my single order item. If they learn speed, efficiency, and how to prioritize their orders, they would be far more desirable to the customers. One thing is if you like their burgers, try getting the value meal burgers, they are basically the same as the more expensive burgers, just a little smaller, for someone on a budget, that's the best way to go. Also, they have the best friend, better than all their competitors, I challenge you to find out what mean. Tell them that"Preacher"...
Read morei realize now that every time i have came to the window there is always a man serving me but today around 5:20pm 10/18 i got JANNETTE. she said there was extra barbecue sauce in the bag & from there i knew it was going to be a problem because i know certain workers take extra sauce seriously lol. I had a 4 ct & a 6 ct i checked there was only 4 sauces (i like a lot of sauce) so what’s extra??? i thought two come with each ct… i asked for two more (she did not like that) she came back with one, i asked for another & she said “30 cents” with a attitude. i asked “so you guys charge for sauce now?” she said yea. so i got 50 cents cause that’s all i had in my car she asked how many i told her “i said two the first time so one more” as i’m telling her she’s walking away so i’m sure she only heard “i said two” but she came back with one without my 20 cents, i didn’t ask for it i just left. i have asked for extra sauce at this wendy’s & literally NEVER got charged.
someone else 10 months ago reviewed on jannette with the same problem, (attitude/charging for sauce) she tried to charge them 45 cents… so did the price drop or do you...
Read moreI hadn't been to Wendy's in awhile. I usually get a Baconator™ single but they currently have a mushroom bacon burger so I had to try it. It's actually pretty good too. I usually dip my Baconator™ in the chili and I almost refrained from dipping this one in my chili... almost. I probably dipped every other bite. I'm told it's a limited time thing so I guess I had better hurry back and have another one before they're gone.
The down side? What you see here was $16.36. That's pretty ridiculous. If I'm reading my receipt correctly, they charged me extra for the chili. There was a 1.00 charge listed for chili so I assume that's what it was for. You used to just be able to swap your fries for chili and not get charged extra for doing so.
On the plus side... there was hardly anyone inside so it was rather quiet. The place was pretty clean too.
Oh, and the orange stuff is Mello Yello Zero Peach. They have one of those computer screen soda machines at...
