The brick and mortar of a local food truck, Turkish wraps have made their way to Columbia. The pita is the star of the show unfortunately, as the rest of the wrap falls flat on flavor. Three meat choices, each of which are the only seasoning to be found. Each bite is the same, half way through the wrap I found myself hoping for more tomato or onion to bring brightness or variability. The sauces need more punch, flavor, and impact. The spicy isn't spicy, the white is yogurty (lost underneath the dominant lamb), and the curry sauce felt like my brain fooling itself that the flavor was present.

I should have looked more into this place before coming here. For one, they only offer a lamb/beef mixture which I'm not used to. Anyway, I got a doner/gyro with Tsaziki sauce & the chicken iskender plate with the tomato sauce. The gyro meat was dry and tough. It was 3:30 on a Saturday when I got it.
