I've heard this McDonald's was really bad and now I KNOW why! My old 5 star review (morning crew deserves 5 stars, they are great) We have been given very good, friendly service. Orders correct each time. We have had a few great breakfasts.
My NEW REVIEW after about 2 months of eating here and eating afternoon or evening: 1 star because of everything but breakfast.
This evening my husband spent 25 minutes waiting on his online order. He paid and was told to pull into a parking spot where he waited for about 20 minutes. He tried calling (no answer) so he finally went inside to get our food they were supposed to bring out. Found out they canceled his whole order or gave it away because they didn't have the drink we ordered ( online drive thru order). So he waited while they remade it. While waiting, one of the workers was flipping out and swearing and yelling the whole time. The manager was walking around not doing anytjing. AND when he got home we discovered they forgot to give us one burger, half of our happy meal and the rest was burned literally to a dark crisp. Couldn't eat 2 of the burgers, chicken nuggets because they were burned black and literally smelled burnt and disgusting. Fries were undercooked and slimy. The whole meal was terrible. The whole time spent waiting...30 minutes... Let me say, this was the 3rd time in about 2 months, we have been "forgotten" and left sitting, after paying, waiting for our food for OVER 25 minutes, before having to go in and have it remade. Always later in the day/ evening. Breakfast is always great, super friendly staff and cooked so it's actually edible. They are great!
So we tried calling tonight to get a refund as this is DISGUSTING, but suprise, no answer. Not driving another 10 minutes back to town at 7:45 in the evening to return it so I'll try tomorrow. Hopefully there will be a manager who will be able to help us fix this as the manager tonight was checked out in lala land.
After this, I'm hangry and upset we chose this over subway for dinner... now it's too late for subway lol. But seriously this will be the last time we eat here because this was a total joke. Sick of waiting in the pull over line for 25 minutes just to get food I wouldn't feed a criminal.
My 12 year old was able to hear some real fun language during this visit also. That was an odd visit to...
Read moreBy far, the worst McDonalds around. The fries are always cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one with onions and one without. Neither had onions, the cheese wasn't melted, and it looked like they squurted more ketchup and mustard on the wrapper than they did the burger. I ordered a #5. I could've swore it showed on the screen. When I got to the window, they gave us the fries and drink but not the chicken nuggets. They then said we didn't order chicken nuggets. They didn't want to make it right at first until the manager got involved. We ordered a sweet tea and an unsweetened tea. They handed me tea with no ice. I asked where the ice was, and they said they didn't have any. They brought the other tea over and said I put ice in the sweet tea. What they said was sweet tea was very cloudy and didn't look like tea at all. My daughter tasted it. It wasn't sweet. I went home and got some ice, took a drink of my tea, and it was super sweet. So I'm not sure what they gave my daughter to drink.we ended up dumping it out. I will say the manager did make it right, but the double cheeseburger he got me was the most disgusting double cheeseburger I've ever tasted from ANY McDonalds. It was cold, and the buns were hard. I won't be going back to this...
Read moreNot happy at all with their staff! I am disabled and use mobility devices to be able to get around in my daily life. I made my way to their restroom and the handicap stall was being used. No big deal I thought, as I waited a few minutes, then realized I couldn't wait any longer to use the bathroom, as the individual was still in the handicap stall, so I would have to resort to the only other stall in the women's restroom. I hurt myself getting into a regular stall with my walker, making my limp even worse than it was already on the norm, dirtied my walker as I needed to hold the handles to get myself on and off the seat since there was no railing alongside the stall. After cleaning my walker and washing my hands I limped out of the restroom and needed to sit down for a few minutes, as I was in a lot of pain from straining myself trying to make myself and my walker fit into a stall that was not equipped for disabled individuals. Moments after sitting down an EMPLOYEE came out of the women's restroom! She did not have a limp or any physical disability that prevented her from using the regular stall. HANDICAP STALLS ARE FOR THE DISABLED! NOT ABLED-BODIED...
