My last experience at Domino's on 12/3/21 pretty much ensured I'd never come back. Prior to that, I got Domino's every single Friday for about three years.
My prior visit on 11/12/21 found me sitting in the lobby over 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup. Things happen, ok.
But on 12/3/21, my order for pickup was significantly delayed. The whole thing took 90 minutes (projected time was 45). The manager on duty obviously was in over her head. Ok, fine, things happen (as above).
When I finally got the pizzas, 90+ minutes after ordering and a considerable wait in the lobby, I found that BOTH of my XL pizzas were actually Larges. The manager girl tried to tell me "sometimes they shrink" but she then laid a Large pan over them both which confirmed that my pizzas were both Large. Check the attached photos, which show the 14" pizzas I received (their Large is 14, XL is 16).
I asked her to just refund my money and keep the pizzas. She refused. I was too tired to argue. Fine.
So I write customer service. I request an email back through their form. I hear nothing from this location. I follow up a week later. I still hear nothing.
After having my time wasted, being ripped off, and getting NO response and NO resolution, I cannot recommend this clown show of a Domino's. And since my last two visits demonstrated a lack of management, total ineptitude, and a pitiful lack of customer service, I had to write it off and find a new Friday night...
Read moreI had a great experience with this dominoes. It started off pretty rough but ended ok. My order was placed through the dominoes application. I ordered once and about a min later wanted to add to my order. I called the facility to see how to do that and they said to just edit the order through the app. I did so. The order arrived but was missing my add on. So I called the delivery guy that had just dropped off my order. I didn't like his response as he didn't listen to ANY of my concerns just basically told me to caplay the manager. I did so. I spoke with Jake and he was very professional and was trying to help bring some resolve to me getting the rest of my order. however while speaking with Jake another delivery guy called and was bringing the rest of my meal. But his order was wrong too. So I let the second delivery guy know that that order was wrong as well. his name was Tristan. he immediately told me that HE would call his manager and find out what to do. about two minutes later I received a call from Andy. Andy is the manager. He investigated exactly what happened and provided the best solution to the problem with all parties involved. He also let me know that I could call him again by Tuesday to make sure the issue was resolved. Referring to the transaction on my debit card. Read moreLast night I placed an order through the mobile application at approximately 9 PM. According to the mobile app the pizza had finished cooking by 9:10 PM. At 9:46 PM I called the Domino's store to get an update on my order. I was placed on hold for approximately 5 minutes and once I was able to talk to someone the gentlemen was quite rude, but at the same time assured me the delivery would be at my location within 30 minutes of the phone call. I kept waiting. At approximately 10:22 PM the pizza was finally out for delivery. Then the pizza arrived approximately 30 minutes later. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service in addition to the quality of the food once it arrived. The pizza was cold and I wasn't even offered an apology. Had I not paid with a credit card, I would not have paid for this poor service and quality. I hope Domino's will address this issue appropriately and confer with the Domino's store in which the issue originated. I am currently awaiting a response from Domino's...
