I rarely go this location because of how bad the service typically is, but wanted to give it another shot since it has been a year or more since last visit. I run a business and know the demands and challenges. I waited at the order sign for almost 5 minutes before ordering, when I arrive at the window a young man pokes his head out of the window for a long pause, then tells me “pull over next to the white car” then leaves. Not a single word other than that, no explanation, just a demand. So I park and go inside to wait. Upon walking in I see a full staff scurrying about, coffee all over the floor by the drive through window, staff arguing, management seeming to care less rather than addressing the problem. The same young man sets my coffee on the counter and walks away, not speaking a word, not acknowledging my existence other than to place what I ordered in arms reach of me. This is such a bummer, I remember when this location was great. With a little bit of care from management and leadership, this place would run smooth and effective. I will surely not visit again and will urge the community to do the same until something changes. Maybe management can put a little effort into this place...
Read moreNone of our order was remotely editable. The Sourdough Sandwich was supposed to be bacon and I got sausage, was going ti eat it anyways and couldn't even bite into it. Ordered eXtra sausage on the crossant, didn't get it, hubby went to eat anyways Sandwich was stale and nasty. Ordered hash rounds only got 6 and they were all burnt and soggy. 25.00 worth of food wasted. Absolutely unacceptable. Also Ordered a doughnut but for some reason it was left completely off the order. I've never been more disappointed in Dunkin in my whole life. This location needs to make it right and do better. Also, I made this review plus I sent an email to corporate office and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at this company. So that tells me they obviously don't have an issue with one of thier locations ripping thier customers off by saleing them old, ruined food. They got their money, we got nothing. Read moreI stop by Dunkin this morning like I do most mornings. The drive thru was backed up all the way around the building to trotwood, and the lobby was locked. A worker came out with a drink and gave it to a truck sitting back in line. When I asked her why the lobby was locked, she said they had to many call outs to open the lobby. When I asked how to get service like the truck just got, she said that was a friend of hers and needed to get to work. I guess the fact that the rest of us needed to get to work as well, was irrelevant. I don’t understand why the store operates like a well oiled machine, when the manager is present, but during his absence, this store falls apart. The service takes forever, the quality of the coffee plummets, the attitude towards the customers becomes shameful. This is definitely a store in trouble.
