3 times. I have tried three times in a row over the past several months to get service from this establishment and haven't been able to. I can't even say the service is bad or good, because I haven't gotten any service in recent memory. I remember going there, haha, years ago now, if you're not counting the last three times I've went there, and have gotten food and service and it was good. But that was then, I guess, and this is now. I just left there at 9:50 p.m. without getting any food, once again, because I had a fundraising certificate for a free dozen of glazed donuts only I wasn't able to get those because they were out. Even though they didn't close until 10:30. They were out of their signature donuts 40 minutes before closing and they have a machine to literally make those donuts. But you know what, I wouldn't even be mad about that if I had been able to get service the last two times I went there before this. Because the last two times I went there it was about 6:15 or 6:30 in the morning. And although the sign on the building says they open at 6:00 a.m., and Google says they open at 6:00 a.m., apparently the employees don't think they should open at 6am. Or even by 6:30am. I'm not really sure what time the employees decided to start taking people's money on those days. Because the real business hours seem to be completely arbitrary. And I'm all about workers rights and unionization and etc., but at this point this isn't underpaid workers sticking it to the corporation. This is me, also an underpaid and overworked person, looking at all your business hours and attempting to get food for my family using very expensive gas and miles on my car. I may, if someone suggests it or provides it to me free, get more food from Krispy Kreme in the future. But as god is my witness it will never be from this location again. I'm sick of wasting my time and gas for a business that does not provide...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe most craptacular customer service experience ever. I wish I could give this zero stars. I placed an online order for a Classic Mixed Dozen and 2 boxes of the 16-count minis and my AMEX showed the transaction went through. First, I arrive at the store and the doors are locked, so I have to get in the drive thru lineā¦a very LONG line. Second, I finally get to the speaker and say I have a mobile order. They cannot find it. Eventually, they ask me to drive to the window. I pull up my order and they light clicks since they now know which one is my order. Third, they sold out of mini donuts and can give me one box of regular glazed donuts. I explain that I ordered two boxes of minis and they state they can only give me one box of regulars since it is more. I show them the online site to explain that the minis actually cost more at $13.99 while the regular glazed dozen only costs $13.49. The associate insists they can only replace one box of minis. Clearly, critical thinking skills are not a requirement for employment here. I state again that I have been charged more and am getting less. The associate says I can just cancel my order. Clearly, business acumen is also lacking. Quelle surprise. I leave the store with not 3 boxes of donuts but only 2. I say quiet prayers in the car that some of my staff members opt to decline a donut since I now have far fewer donuts than staff members. The ultimate insult occurred when I opened the box of Classic Mixed Donuts and 4 of them (i.e., one-third of the box) are plain glazed donuts. If you want experience the most atrocious and incompetent customer service, this is the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped because the hot light was on, waited in the drive through line behind 8 cars, and proceeded to order our "dozen, glazed, hot now, donuts." After being quoted at $15.94, I asked the young boy why the price was $3.50 more than what was listed on the drive through board. He told me that the difference was all tax. I argued the fact, when he realized that he rang us up for an assorted dozen and fixed the problem. He handed us the donuts, when I realized that they were not hot on the bottom, do i opened the box to find cracked, room temperature, overlapping, donuts. I brought this to his attention, when he assured me that they "just came off the belt." I handed the box back through the window, and told him that the only reason we ordered was because we enjoy "hot now" donuts. He went to get us a "fresher" dozen, when another young boy came to the window to let us know that they stopped making hot donuts about 30 mins ago. I asked, why then, was the hot light on? He told me that it was not on, only to be cut off by another employee, telling him that the light was, in fact, on, because someone forgot to turn it off. He was very polite (which is why i still gave 2 stars) and respectful, but he seemed to be stressed out and struggling to handle the amount of business coming through. Management at this location needsto show up, and stop leaving all of these young kids understaffed and...
