Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

Update: I was contacted by a different member of management the next day. She was kind and listened to what I had to say and they made it right! I really appreciate the call back and the remake was exactly the quality we’re used to!

We’ve been to this Little Caesar’s many times before and never had an experience like this. We’re assuming the lady with the ponytail was the manager on shift. Her customer service was terrible. She made eye contact with us and the other customers, multiple times and didn’t offer assistance. When she finally decided to work, she called someone else to the front to do it. Our pizza was in the portal, for at least ten minutes, but no names were on the screen. Of course our name “popped” up, once we raised our voice to get her attention. To top it off, with at least nine people in the kitchen, our pizza was definitely not up to our standards. We would’ve taken it back but it was getting late and not really sure what would’ve been done, with the service we had. I’ve never seen a pizza...

I order from this location often. Needless to say the previous reviews is correct about the customer service. Today was one of the worst. Unfortunately.. I ordered my usual “hamburger pizza” an a newer cashier (Lian.. is what she told me her name was) goes on a rant mocking me saying “Hamburger pizza” “Wtf is a hamburger pizza” so another sweet cashier chime in an tells her a beef pizza. So she asks me in a sarcastic tone “Do you want a beef pizza?” I politely say yes.. She then continues to curse saying “She should’ve just said a damn Beef pizza” “wtf” “hamburger pizza this hamburger pizza that” while laughing and being extremely rude and disrespectful. I rated two stars only because the pizza is always fresh but the service isn’t that great. My questions to management is do you allow your workers to speak to the customers that way? Is profanity acceptable while taking customers orders? Is this behavior acceptable in...

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni and an order of crazy bread (for drive-thru). When I got to the drive-thru, I waited for 10 minutes and no one came to ask for my name. I decided to go inside. When I came in, the lady at the register asked if we had ordered. I told her my order and instead of looking for it, she walked around to the back and checked her phone. I proceeded to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone else to ask. He got my order for me, but I checked it and it had full pepperoni instead of just half. So we went back inside, another coworker on her phone was just standing there. After a while, the same employee as before came and we got him to remake our pizza. He gave us a refund, but I didn’t want that NOR did I ask for it. I wanted the correct pizza when I showed up. And when we got our new pizza back, it wasn’t stuffed crust.
