First time back in 11 months due to encomany. I have never in my life received such poor service from McCalisters. The clerk ran my order up incorrect and I was trying to explain she did not ring up what I reguested based on what she said. AS I was trying to expalin what I really had ordered the Manager walked up and that was that. She had an attidtude from the beginning and explained to me I did not order corredctly and she would take care of it. She was just as nasty as she could be. She refunded me one of the two extra items and said it would go back on my card. I asked you why she did not do both that was on my ticket and she oh were they both needing to be put back on my card and I said that is what I said. She informed I was being rude and to watch how I talked to her. I said ok and she redid the other on back on my card. Basically I just wanted 2 Rebens with a side of portatoe salad each and 2 small waters. That finally settled as she made sure that she thought I was a rude and nasty man. I asked what her problem was she said she did not have one but me. She brought the plates to the table and I reached to take them from her. She yelled that I had jerked them out of her hand to which I replied I extended my hands to take them from her as far as I was concerned. I then unrolled the silverware and realized it was a forks and we wished to eat ourmpotato salad with a spoon. I got up and went to the counter and asked, excuse me ma'am can I get two small spoons. She replied that she brought me two forks did I not see them to which I replied yes and she asked why I wanted spoons. I replied we wanted to eat our potato salad with a spoon from the cup instead of the fork. She replied I was just trying to be rude. I asked to speak to the Manager and she said she was the Boss. I said, no her Manager to whic she replied there was not a number to reach him other that his cell phone and she could not give it out to which I answered I would call corporate. She replied I was just a rude nasty man and I could call who I wanted to. I at one point felt like she said that because I was there with my Husband so I asked her if being gay was an issue because I tried to be nice when she first walked up and said I was being disrespective to her 16 year old employee. She responded that she herself was Bi-Sexual so she could not be homphobic to which I replied whatever and walked off. I am 69 years old and my husband is 75 years old. I have never in my life had a person at any retail establishment talk to me in this manner. I will never set foot in there ever again or even the one in Lexington to which I we have been going to off and on for 20 plus years. If you go there make sure you order very plainly so there is not doubt. That is what I thought I was doing. Apparently this employee did not receive the correct training. I did tip her never the less. I still am not sure she put the credit back on my debit card. She said it would take about 5 days to show up and she put each item seperate so I will see two adjustments. My credit receipts (2) do not show a adjustment, but a regulat receipe with one item off and the second item off reduciong the 3rd receipt in the first place. I have never seen a credit back on a card that looks like that. I will have to wait until 10/21 to see if I got my credit because the Banks are closed on 10/14 for Columbus Day. While waiting to place my order you could hear an employee swearing in the back another complaining on the front counter about having to change the sanitizer buckets. Then the manager was short and fussed at the cashier for how she rang up the customers in front of me. After a fairly lengthy wait I finally got my turn to place my order. I waited a while after placing my order to recieve my food. The restaurant was fairly empty. My food finally arrived and the employee that brought it seemed bothered to help me. My food was less than desirable. My half salad was brown and wilted and the half grilled chicken club was very little more than sliced bread. I brought my plate to the counter where the employee that brought it to me stood. He asked what the matter was and I showed him my plate. He responded with there was nothing he could do to help me. He brought it to the managers attention and she gave me a refund.

Read moreAbsolutely disgusted with the overall service here today. From the moment I walked in your employee, Ty, was the absolute most rudest employee I've ever been around. From her disgusting attitude, shouting at customers, rolling her eyes, telling customers that she didn't care if they called corporate, just an overall horrible experience. The other customers were looking at her with the same disbelief and disgust. The company I work for brings McAlisters a lot of money each year, but unfortunately, I don't see that continuing on a professional or personal level after today's experience. To top it off, they overcharged me by $10. Nobody knew how to refund my money so I was told they will figure something out and to check back in within five days. Something really needs to be done about this location and that employee or it's going to go downhill quickly.
