Like many others have said the food here is decent but slightly overcooked.
We ordered a large pepperoni, garlic knots, wings, a calzone for my husband 3 cookies and I ordered a personal small keto crust pizza. I will say the pizzas were superb. I was impressed with how good the cauliflower/ Keto crust pizza came out. The garlic knots were decently cooked and tasted good but half of them had garlic sauce on them and half of them didn’t 🤔. The calzone was slightly over cooked on the outside the crust was very deep golden brown almost to the brink of burnt.. they just barley pulled it out in time. But regardless my husband said it was still good. The wings I was not impressed with at all. We asked for extra honey mustard sauce on them and there was barley any honey mustard but instead it was covered in this weird red greasy sauce. The skin was very soggy because of the grease sauce and they were maybe just a small step above little Caesars wings because of this. I prefer my wings to be crispy not soggy 😬. The cookies were definitely over cooked and burnt on the edges/bottom and some on top. They were still surprisingly pull-apart-ish when they were still warm, but as soon as they cooled off they harden a lot. The food here is very expensive for this many mistakes. I’m a bit disappointed as we thought this place would be delicious.
So to sum this up my main feedback for this joint is try not to overcook the food. 😬 👍🏼 Except for the wings those need to be cooked...
Read moreMy recent experience at Stoner’s Pizza Joint was far from satisfactory. The trouble began with our order - we received incorrect items. When we called to address this, the staff’s solution was for us to return the following day for a refund. This response already hinted at a lack of immediate responsibility and customer care.
However, the situation worsened upon my visit to the store. I found myself amidst a group of about ten other customers, all frustrated with their respective order issues. This scene was a clear indicator of a systemic problem within the establishment, not just a one-off mistake. It highlighted a significant gap in their order management and quality control processes.
Moreover, the staff exhibited noticeable communication problems. There seemed to be a disconnect between what was promised over the phone and what was being delivered in person. This lack of coherence not only wastes customers’ time but also erodes trust in the establishment’s ability to handle orders accurately and respond to issues effectively.
In conclusion, my experience at Stoner’s Pizza Joint was marred by a series of disappointments - incorrect orders, inadequate responses, and poor communication among staff. This visit was a testament to the need for significant improvements in their operational and customer service approaches. As it stands, I cannot recommend Stoner’s Pizza Joint based on...
Read moreOrdered classic cheese pizza, 10 chicken wings, and cheese sticks. I would have gotten toppings but the first topping is $3 and any others are $1.50 each, that first topping was all we wanted (olives) and I just couldn't justify the $3 bump for basic toppings. I ordered using the app.
The pizza is delicious, there is a perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to crust. And the crust has a pleasant chewy texture that is unbeatable, just perfect. The cheese sticks are basically a cheese pizza without the sauce so we equally find them delicious. My teenage boys like to have a box all to themselves!
I had to knock one star off because the chicken wings were inedible. They are pale and gummy and do not have a whole lot of meat once you get past the 1/2 cm of fatty skin. There were four wings that had decent color, they were a bit better but not worth buying again.
Customer service was uneventful and to the point, which...
