Sub Station II — Restaurant in Columbia

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Substation II. When I received my salad, it was missing the egg I had requested. I went to the counter to get it fixed, only to find out that I had also received banana peppers instead of the jalapeños I wanted.

When I approached the cashier a second time to address the issue, her response was, "Is there anything else wrong with it before we fix it for the second time?" I was taken aback by her tone; it felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I decided to just let it go at that point, but I ended up with a salad I really didn’t want. Customer service is so important, and this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their approach to customer feedback...

This is probably one of the best Sub Stations I've been to. The staff were super nice and friendly and the food was GREAT! I love that they are within walking distance from my office and have awesome daily specials. Today I got the turkey sub deal where I got a sub, chips, and a drink for like $9 (and my sub was so big I had leftovers for dinner). I also tried the specialty juice they had and I would honestly go back just for that juice. 10/10...

I work nearby and thought I’d check it out for lunch. They were slammed when I walked in, but the line moved quickly and efficiently. Staff making the sandwiches were courteous and accommodating.
