I was in Columbia for a couple of days for a training for work. The training was held walking distance from the hotel where I was staying and along the way we passed this Urban Outfitters. (Visited twice in one day, during a break and then after the training because I was indecisive lol). The store was nice and clean, and had a variety of cute clothes and items. A bit pricey, however the clothes are great quality so you get what you pay for. The star of the show are the workers. Customer service was top tier and everyone was so welcoming, nice, and helpful.The only person's name that I got was the manager Justin. He was so helpful and even though I was indecisive, on picking a pair of cargo jeans, he was patient and I was able to find the perfect pair for the homecoming tailgate. Read moreI recently visited the Urban Outfitter store in Columbia SC to return a online purchase. It's been a while since I have shopped there in person but it has always been a pleasant experience in the past. This time, immediately after entering the store, I was very distributed by the extremely loud music with absolutely filthy lyrics, Not appropriate, nor becoming of a public place of business. Management should seriously reconsider on what kind of songs are played in their stores and make sure that employees and supervising staff adhere to such policies. There was one girl who was helpful when I asked for assistance, but the rest were boderline rude. The guy at the resgister was sorting panties while I stood there. I said excuse me, he looked up and said can I help you? I replied I want to check out, and he said O, well let me finish this. He looked annoyed that I, a customer wanted to make a purchase....
