Dined in around dinner time. Spouse and I were in line. I noticed the $1 Frosty, Limited Time Only! sign and thought I'd order. So I ordered a small chocolate frosty. Spouse tries to order a vanilla frosty but the cashier, a shorter middle aged lady w glasses and a tag that said "Shawn", said they didn't have vanilla. Exact words were, "We only have vanilla when we don't have anything else." Fine. I get the receipt and was charged $2 for a "Sm Choc Frosty"... Fine, I let it go. The frosty wasn't with my order when they called it out as "Lisa", when the name I provided was "Mason". I decided to wait until after my meal to ask for it. The nuggets, fries and burger buns were all generally stale. I go up to front counter for my frosty. "Shawn" looks everywhere but me, the only person up front and not in line to order, then takes 2 more orders. At the end of her line, she asks if anyone else needs to order, then she starts stocking cups while I'm still standing there. So I ask, "Excuse me, can I have my chocolate frosty, please?" She says, "All we have is Triple Berry and Vanilla." I wanted to laugh, but all I said was, "Vanilla is fine." Shawn gives me the small vanilla, and the manager (who had a scratched up, hard to read tag that I think said Amanda) shoots me a nasty look. I walk back to my booth and 5 mins later, Shawn comes back with an equally nasty look on her face and says, "You need to pay 1.06 for that frosty." I said "No ma'am, you already rung it up." I get the receipt, Shawn brings it back to Amanda, who looks at it, rolls her eyes and says, "Just wanted to be sure." as she walks off towards the back. No apology for the many mistakes from either party. So I won't be back, because rude and negligent food service workers that can't be present and professional do not deserve anyone's...
Read moreAs we don’t have any Wendy’s where we live in Tennessee; we stop whenever we see one. During the afternoon on 12/15/22, we stopped at the Wendy’s in Columbia, KY.
We were glad to see the dining room was open to customers to eat-in. Plenty of parking spaces, including big rigs. The restaurant was clean throughout.
Upon ordering, the smiling pretty young lady who took our orders was welcoming, kind, and patient with us while answering our questions about the menu.
Staff worked diligently on our orders & our lunch was ready in a timely manner.
As we removed the foil wrappers from the sandwiches, the food smelled really good & the sandwich veggies were fresh. The taste was even better. For the first time in years, I got to enjoy a orange cream soda. So refreshing.
It’s a better choice to have a meal at Wendy’s compared to all...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered a 6 and ended up with a regular spicy crispy chicken sandwich. I also ordered 2 4 for 4's in which one was plan chicken and regular nuggets. One had spicy nuggets. Ended going back to get a regular nugget because they did not give them to me. Then I process home amd find out my number 6 was wrong. By this time all my other food was cold! No one offered anything and I don't even think the manager was there. Someone was asking for another employee to be a manager to handle it! I was only asking for the right things, but still could have received some other items due to the errors on their part. Yet, I received nothing but one sorry. I guess that's why people go to McDonald's or Taco Bell because of them messing up orders. Glad all Wendy's are not like this one or I'd never eat...
