Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Columbia

I just purchased the new quesdillia today got grilled chicken very dry nothing but chicken and a flour tortilla want purchase another one. My husband got a Cobb salad and after they sacked it told him we didn't put cucumber on it we sent have any. Walmart around the corner sells cucumber..I have tried 2 times to get a milk shake there only response was we can't do any milk shake it is maintenance what ever that means. About 3 weeks ago we ordered the Cobb salad no egg,no cucumber and couldn't find the bacon. I live helping businesses bit the cost is high and when you don't get what you order just isn't worth it. I love Columbia zaxaby they are great you get what you ordered with the things that is supposed to be in it. They didn't offer to take anything off the price for not having all the ingredients. I can see it going down hill. What businesses can expect you to take the order and pay full price when all ingredients are not there. I have had friends say they have not gotten all of the ingredients on there either bacon missing...

This location is usually pretty reliable. I always order the same thing and am typically satisfied with my meal. I did notice a few months ago that this restaurant was beginning to cut back on their sauces but it's a simple fix ; ask for extra sauce or ask for it on the side.

Now as for the salads... For three years I enjoyed their salads on and off but one time I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. PLEASE don't let this be your determining factor! It's quite plausible the dressing may have been bad, there may have been cross contamination with something my body hated, or my luck simply ran out. Salads are a dangerous meal to gamble on no matter where it's prepared. Anyone who has ever suffered food poisoning knows the last meal eaten is usually the one most difficult to forgive. As such, I haven't eaten salad from restaurants or even prepared at home... But I have returned to this restaurant and eaten things other than salad with no affect. Give it a try......

This zaxby’s used to be great. Over the past year or so it’s been horrible. The food quality and customer service has plummeted. It seems if you eat inside you have a better chance of your food being correct. If you order to go you better check everything. Multiple times I have ordered extra of certain sauces which cost extra that I’ve never received. Most of the time when ordering wings with sauce on them they barely have any sauce. Lately the bread is stale and the fries have hardly any seasoning and are cold. The people that work in there don’t seem to know how to read a simple ticket. When my receipt is correct but my order is completely wrong multiple times something is wrong with the employees. Ordered a coke with my meal tonight and received Diet Coke. Love zaxby’s but this location sucks. Will go to chik fil a from now on where the sauce is free and my order is always correct and the employees go out of their...
