I visit this Arby's in particular at least once, usually more, per week. I really like the varied menu. It provides choices other than only deep fried entrees and and wide range of flavors. I like the basic roast beef selections as well as the Italian sub, the Greek Gyro, and the Reuben sandwich. The selections in salads provide several choices.
With the exception of maybe twice in a year, the staff has been extremely courteous and enjoyable and even when ordering through the drive thru that matters and makes a difference. The staff actually make the drive thru a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Often when ordering at a drive thru micro-phone there usually is not as much attention given a customer as in face to face contact. I do not get " the hurry up and move them through," that is often found in a drive thru situation. This is really significant to me. I often avoided drive thru ordering because I disliked feeling like I was holding up the order-taker and maybe someone behind me. I do not know who in the Arby's system is responsible for the procedure of how drive thru customers are greeted, how they are not made to feel rushed, but are told, "order when you're ready;" and then told, "happy to help; " but this is genius. These may be phrases that servers are trained to say, but it truly means much. I find I will drive farther and to go this Arby's much more often than either McDonalds, Burger King, or Wendys for the reasons that I have listed above.
Apologize for the lengthy review.

Read moreto all going thru the drive thru window, beware..make sure to check your food, that you got the right order..I ordered a beef and cheddar combo meal, with added cheese sauce and a Pepsi..we got the Pepsi, but, after driving home, down rush hour, on good ole' Morse Rd..we came home, and guess what..they gave us the wrong order/food..we received instead, 3 sliders and potato cakes..which was a deficit in Arby's favor of about 4 dollars american..well, needless to say..we tried calling Arby's as soon as we discovered this fact..all we got was a busy signal..curious I thought, in this modern world that a restaurant has only one phone line, that being a busy one..called them today..I actually got thru, to whom I spoke with was claiming to be the mgn. at the restaurant..she would not give me a cash back settlement..offered instead to give me another meal..I explained several times, I didn't want her food now, and all I really wanted was the money we spent, back in my pocket..which was around 9 dollars..so in closing, good people of NE Cbus/Gahanna area..beware..this is the second Arby's in this area that has slighted me and my family..check your food in your bag before you drive off into rush hour traffic down Morse Rd..ta ta for now..oh yeah, they don't have the delicious croissants anymore, just...
