I stopped by this location yesterday at 6:45 PM to redeem the T-Mobile promotion for a free pretzel. The store does not close until 8:00 PM, yet I was told there were no pretzels available for redemption and that no more would be made for the rest of the day. This was nearly an hour and a half before closing. Meanwhile, it was clear from the products still being prepared and sold that the store had the ability to plan differently and prioritize having the promotional item available. An employee mentioned there was a “dough shortage,” but if that were truly the case, it raises the question of why the promotion would even be run during a shortage. This feels misleading. Advertising a free promotion to bring customers in, only to have the featured item unavailable while other paid items remain, comes across as a bait-and-switch tactic. It creates a very negative customer experience and reflects poorly on both the store and the brand.

I ordered the pretzel nuggets and they were completely burnt on the bottom and were completely hard and inedible. The cheese was also cold. I spent over $30 and won’t ever be coming back, someone needs to check their employees because whoever sent these out is extremely lazy and incompetent. This was 03/31/25 between 6-7pm

Im pregnant and was having an INTENSE craving for the pretzel and cheese. I ordered 2 salted pretzels and 2 pretzels bites with 6 cheese sauces…..YES I LOVE CHEESE! They sent 1 drink, 1 pretzel dog, 1 unsalted dry pretzel and NO CHEESE!!!! I’m beyond upset and am literally crying over this… I know it’s the hormones but why screw it up soo badly and make me wait for this order when they could just canceled the order!!!!! And if they really wanted to screw up my order they could’ve tossed in at least 1cheese sauce !!! Just one would’ve been enough for me to at least enjoy that nasty unsalted pretzel……and then these people have the audacity to complain that don’t get paid enough!!! It’s because of dumb employees like this you ruin it for...

Every single time I go to Auntie Anne's or now Cinnabon I am greeted with a smile. Everyone is so sweet, professional, quick, food is always perfect. And I had to mention what they did for my birthday... I have loved cinnabon since I was a child. That is what I wanted as my birthday cake so my family was just gonna get a few boxes of cinnabon and make a big cinnabon tower lol. I was talking with the wonderful manager Tim and he said let me put something special together for u.. he went above and beyond made me a heart shaped bday cake of cinnabons and even had a heart shaped box to put it in. I cant put it into words how much this meant to me. I am a very regular customer there and this made my birthday so very special....
