Bojangles — Restaurant in Columbus

Avoid this Bojangles! Health Inspection Rating "B 89" yet they have a sign on the entrance bragging how they believe in clean and having a clean restaurant. Are you kidding me? What a joke. Someone was motivated at some point to sweep up trash in the dining room but due to laziness just left it in the floor with a wet floor sign beside of it. I have been in the restaurant for 40 minutes and zero customers in the dining room and a customer every now and then in drive thru. I am curious when someone will decide to finish what they started. Some guy in the kitchen sweeping with gloves on goes and picks up a tray of biscuits and places them in the oven to bake with those same unsanitary gloves on. I specifically placed the order for dine in and it is printed on the ticket. What happens? The drifty dude that took my order comes handing it to me in a to go box. Duh!!!! I had to ask for a plate to go put the food on. He just gives me a dumb look. This place is truly a joke. Note to manager who reads this. Do not leave a generic reply to this review with the same generic reply all stores leaves and ask me to go to some website. Be a caring manager and leave me a phone number so we can discuss this pathetic store and discuss what you are going to do about it. This needs to be dealt with. It's a shame you lost a customer. I stopped by to pick up lunch and no one was at the counter. I patiently waited thinking that maybe your employee had to use the restroom or was in the back getting supplies. However, after several minutes of standing there and trying to get your other employees attention, I decided to leave. Not because of my lack of patience, but the inconsiderate remarks from your other staff members that clearly saw me standing there and continued on with their work. The young lady in your "biscuit making" area yelled out to the employee handling drive thru and told him there was a customer at the counter to which he replied, "I'm doing the drive thru." Not once, did they say, "ma'am someone will be with you shortly" instead they left me standing there without so much as to even acknowledge me.

While I appreciate Bojangles offering a grilled chicken sandwich. After paying for my meal, I pulled into the parking space I was asked to pull into. After waiting 22 mins I decided to go in to see what happened with my meal. No one was on the front line. The manager at that time was walking in the back, one gentleman mopping where biscuits are made. Another wandering around in the back no cars in the drive thru. Two customers waiting to order then the Mgr came to the register. Three more mins while waiting to be acknowledged I inquired about my order. The manager asked and was told it was just done. This was my only order. Just a number 11 meal. No explanation nothing from the Mgr only it's now done. No apologies just having to accept what she said. If I was told this one meal was going to take 25 mins to receive I would have chosen something else. A little customer service would go along way. But, no customer service also...
