Naruto Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Columbus

We were very excited about this place opening!! We went later in the evening the service was horrible!! They brought out the wrong food then another waitress comes over and wants to know what we ordered because that was her tables sushi. She then started yelling and our waitress in front of everybody. We explained that we didn't want our sushi We just wanted our food. Our order had never been placed. It took almost 2 hours for our dinner to ever arrive. They were not busy they were just very unorganized. We had no napkins or anything on our table I asked our waitress for napkins. She turns around and takes them off of a table that needs to be cleaned, they were visibly dirty I laid them back down and asked her for some clean ones. They had to go containers no lids. Absolutely AMAZING staff. The food was wonderful. Came for mothers day with my daughter and a friend. My friend had a medical emergency and had a seizure as we were getting ready to pay (Absolutely NOTHING to do with the restaurant or the food!!) they were so helpful in calling us an ambulance and checking in on us after to make sure she was ok. I feel terrible that this happened in their establishment, but I also couldn't be more thankful for the folks who helped us and showed her the care and concern she deserved in a terrible situation like this. I hope they see this review and know how thankful we are. It was a wonderful meal and although it ended not how we expected it to, I can only say they truly made the situation as easy as possible. This is now my new favorite restaurant in Columbus....

I did a takeout order. To be honest I’ve been skeptical about this place because I love sushi & ramen but this is a tiny non-coastal town and the place is in a strip mall. After reading so many good reviews, I gave it a shot. I got the Beautiful Roll, Seawood Salad, and the Khatsu Ramen with fish cakes added. The order process on Google was really easy. Everything was fresh and delicious and I wish I’d photographed the ramen before I mixed it because they have a clever way of packaging it so you add the ingredients to the broth after getting it home. I only picked up but the interior looked clean and they actually have a sushi bar. Looking forward to returning. So glad this town finally...
