This is a repeated issue but never this bad. Usually the bacon is a little undercooked, or the fries are soft. We can't eat here anymore because my wife got food poisoning from pink chicken and hard macaroni noodles. The only reason I did not join her is because my fries were so undercooked that they were not even warm, nor edible in any way. The lettuce was black, the buns were hard. This is obviously not one employee messing up, but a group effort of, "we don't care about our customers' health, just shovel the food out the window." Absolutely ridiculous behavior for any food service establishment. Let alone one that preaches quality so much.
Editing to add this: I will not be calling about my experience. As I've stated, this is not a one time issue. In previous orders I have had undercooked fries repeatedly, not just one or two but 2 full large fries. I've had bacon on breakfast sandwiches that was so raw it might have been cooked for 30 seconds. That happened 3 weeks in a row until we started asking specifically for crispy bacon, even then I'd find pieces that were completely uncooked. I stopped ordering the little chicken bites from your restaurant years ago because they were always, every single time I ordered, watery, cold, and sawgy. I sincerely hope the health department sees this and corrects your mistakes. This is not just a chick fil a issue and I recognize that, but that is no excuse for poisoning...
Read moreI really have always thought Chick-fil-A had way better customer service policies and skills than I just received this evening in Columbus In by manager Hannah. So not a huge deal but we live approx 20 miles from the restaurant get home my husband has a spicy sandwich meal instead of deluxe crispy. 1st off not once did I not even get an apology then I am left feeling like I'm bad person by feeling like I'm calling asking for free food because I feel that they should replace his entire meal, the drink, and the fries. I didn't ask for our order to be replaced just his meal. She tells me it's Chick-fil-A policy to only replace the sandwich. So my time arguing with her on the phone my husband having to eat something no way even close to what he ordered and now taking more time to warn everyone else about Hannah's Management skills isn't worth just replacing his meal. I'm calling their district manager but I really hope this is not truly their policy to inconvenience a paying customer and insult them by saying wasted time isn't work a coke and fry. I have always said Chick-fil-A has the best CService in today's one bad manager has taken that completely away and for what fries and a coke. So you feeling like you're right and the need to disrespect a customer cost you way more than...
Read moreBrittany Parker who is extremely rude was who I encounter today in the drive through. Her and her employees where holding up the drive through talking to someone in a car who apparently knew everyone. So they continued to talk after the order was taken the. She goes to pay in cash and talked with those employees a for a bit. Then she goes to the window one Brittany Parker reaches out the window and grabs her hands and are laughing and joking so I finally honk and ask if they could hurry up I have places to go and the line is being held up. Britney responds very rudely and says I’m we are waiting on food not just talking and called me rude she then looks at her friend in the drive through gives me a dirty look and laughs with her friend. I ask for a manager and she says I am the talent director and my brother is the owner so I’m the best person for you to talk to. She continues to be very rude laughing and saying she hopes my day gets better while here employed are all whims her laughing. An absolute joke to have someone act like that at a chick filet establishment. Never in all my years of going to chick filet have I ever had an experience like that. She is very rude and uses the fact that her brother owns the place to allow herself to treat...
