Have bought several pieces of furniture from MFG over the years and have never had a problem. Bought a chair almost two weeks promised delivery in 12 days to my home. I asked if the chair had to be ordered and was told no they just had a lot of deliveries. I had no problem with this but the fact I was lied to is what I’m upset about. I called on day of delivery and no one told me they had not received the chair they were to deliver that day. We stayed end home all day waiting for delivery and one phone call later in the day I was told it should be delivered at anytime. When this didn’t happed my husband called back and was told it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday. I called this morning and asked the reason why they said because they had not received it from the manufacture. I asked why we were told the day before it would be delivered he said he called and no one answered. I said why didn’t you leave a voice mail and he said he did which was a lie. Sorry your poor customer service is unacceptable and people do need to know the truth not lies. Hopefully our chair will be delivered since it is paid with no more excuses or lies. We were not treated respectfully by the older woman specifically as we entered the store. Then we went ahead and found a set we liked and they guaranteed it’s high quality verbally. We got the furniture home and one month later the furniture was busting open at the seams and no I’m not exaggerating. It happened to the couch, loveseat, & chair!!!. I had to have the chair sent back twice for repairs in the first year and finally my couch I got returned. This company was too cheap to let me return ALL of the CHEAP furniture. Never in my life have I ever Bought such a cheap set of furniture. Read moreI purchased a $1500 sofa and it turned out to be defective. The company has now had my sofa for nearly 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to get an update and also ask about getting other seating since I had gotten rid of my other seating. I was told no about alternative seating and that they didn’t know how much longer it was going to take to fix the sofa. So I asked them to either bring me a new sofa or refund my money so I could go get another one. I was told that they NEVER GIVE REFUNDS even when I was delivered a defective sofa. BUYER BEWARE! Good news!! I finally have my sofa!! Their outstanding delivery guys, Rob and Bruce, actually deserve 10 stars because I was not able to move a lift chair out of their way and they were kind enough to do that.
