My 4 star rating was deleted it looks like, funny because it wasnt even a bad review, just a suggestion....Now I am giving a 3 due to that and the fact that I looked back at my experience and it does aggravate me. I placed an online order and got there 10 min later to see my order sitting on the back counter. They werent as busy as Id seen in the past and two employees were in the back washing or stocking. I politely waited and NO one said a word to me. Another online person came in behind me, and again nothing said to her. A boy came in that used to work there and employees engaged in conversations with him and still had not asked us what we were waiting on-as my order sat there being cold. One woman working the drive thru asked me if i had been helped and said someone would be with me....I finally had to interrupt the woman closest to the hand out area to grab my order right behind her and finally got out after 15 minutes of being ignored. The employees there are usually pretty good about service, but this was ridiculous. I worked at starbucks for 3 years and my store was 3x busier than this one at any given time; I expect more from these employees. I suggest they start focusing on customers instead of the task at hand, even though it is easy to do, they really need...
Read moreI sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before being told that they had taken their last order at 5pm. It was 5:05pm and there was no way to exit the cramped drive thru so I had to continue to sit and wait. When I suggested they post a sign, the barista told me that the hours had been posted on Google. I checked and yes, they were. However, I don't typically Google a location while driving to check if it's hours have changed. I look at the sign outside their business which says drive-thru only. There are multiple cars behind me who had the same experience. This is extremely poor customer service. And I had time to write this review before I was able to leave the line. I understand that everywhere is struggling right now but it is just common sense to put up a sign or make it clear that you are closed and not allow people to sit in the Drive-Thru for excessive amounts of time to not...
Read moreI was in starbucks on friday morning 7-18-25, i ordered 38.00 worth of beverages that included 3 cups of coffee, i paid for them, but had to ask for a tray to carry them, i would think the employees would know to put them in a tray, anyhow i took them to my car and as i was putting them in my car the lids popped off and the coffee went all over my seat and floor, i was very upset, as i came back in one of the employees give me a towel, and i took in the towel another employee tells me im dripping coffee on the side front counter instead of having a little consideration for the seat that was now covered with coffee, they replaced the coffee, but whom ever orders Starbucks should order better cups, this is not the first time this has happened at a starbucks but far worse, i think i should be compensated for the cleaning of my car seat at least and maybe some kind...
