I am the “Malik” that the customer, Olivia Page, called a “terrible delivery driver” in her review of this Dominos location at Bradley Park Dr.
What she left out of her story is that the reason why her food was left on the driveway that evening is because she has 3 signs in front of her driveway that threatens the safety of delivery drivers.
One sign said, “Warning trespassers will be shot survivors will be shot again”. Second sign said, “ALL trespassers will be shot.” Third sign said “Beware of the dog”.
I called her TWICE to make sure it was safe and okay for me to enter the driveway and deliver her food. SHE DID NOT ANSWER. So I left the food at the driveway and told my manager exactly what happened that same day.
This job is already dangerous enough as it is, and I refuse to risk my life over something so trivial. I don’t get paid enough to put up with this nonsense from Olivia Page or any other unreasonable customer for that matter.
Olivia Page, if you want people to be comfortable with delivering to your home then maybe you shouldn’t have signs threatening their safety.
I refuse to be another black person delivering goods and being gunned down by a paranoid white person. I have a son that depends on me.
If any leadership from corporate sees Olivia Page’s review and chooses to fire me or “quiet fire” me then you are just as wrong as she is. Shame on you Olivia Page and shame on anyone who is enabling her behavior.
There are MANY people with cameras on their front doors who have footage of me being a GREAT delivery driver in both good and bad weather, so how dare you come at me like that Olivia Page.
I was going to ignore her review but I had to set the record straight. I can’t risk my job and ability to provide for my 2 year old son because of Olivia Page’s review.
With all that being said, I forgive you Olivia Page. I don’t hate you. I choose to bless those who persecute me. That’s what God would want me to do and I am a humble servant of the Lord.
Romans 12:14 says to “Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.”
So God bless you Olivia Page. I love you and...
Read moreThe past few times I've ordered delivery, the order gets stuck at the "quality check" section for AT LEAST an hour. Seems like an increasingly common problem here. This time it was 9:32-10:50. Called the store around 10:30, on hold for over 20 minutes just to see if anything was wrong, before the line picked up, then hung up without saying anything. That distinct phone pickup and putdown click. Called back immediately and the call was answered nearly on the first ring by a female employee. I asked why the line hung up on me in the previous call, seconds ago, was told only two employees were working, which understandably causes delays on a Friday night, but not what I asked. She proceeded to hang up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence, before we could really get into the "quality check" problem. When I attempt to place a "delivery insurance claim," it doesn't recognize that the food has been delivered, so no help for my lukewarm pizza (after nearly 2 hours, it was bound to be). Simply put, I wouldn't even consider this location again. Go for the Wynnton Rd location if you're in the right area 🤷♀️ And now, to the Bradley Park location's credit, they did send an email to address the poor service with a choice between 60 points or a 20% off coupon. All of this said, the order was correct and well-made, just bad service and understaffed, causing a pattern of...
Read morePlease like our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Several employees offered to help me the moment we stepped in the door. Sonya was the one who helped me finalize payment. She was extremely efficient, polite, and friendly. Another staff had ordered Chinese takeout. Just as we were leaving we witnessed an employee recieve her Chinese takeout bag and set it right in the middle of the metal rack where our pizzas were made. I really really wanted to give 5 stars because everyone was working so diligently except for the employee who was introducing food containers from another restaurant into the cleanest area of this one. She was oblivious to all of the customers sitting there watching as she heated up her food in the pizza oven and then was sipping her drink in the food prep area as well. My husband and I were baffled. Maybe this is a rare occurence but a takeout bag which passed hands several times and rode in someone's car should never be set in a food prep area. Our kids love the observation glass so we can watch the entire pizza making process. We were not so excited this time but hopefully in the future, employees will be a little more conscientious of who is observing and be a little more cautious with the prep area.Everything else was great. Kids were so happy. Thank you Sonya and others who made this a...
