Short Review: don’t ever go inside, just use the drive thru!
Full review: I haven’t been to this location in years. I made the mistake of going inside so my child could see and pick out a donut. There was a customer already in line and the drive thru was busy. The 1st customer received hear order and left. Then a door dash guy came in. I told him to go ahead since my child had just changed their mind. After he got the door dash order I waited at the counter. 1 guy was dedicated to taking drive thru orders. 2 other guys were making drinks and taking trash out. The 1 female employee had helped the other 2 customers but went to get something in the back. Another Door dash guy came in and was waiting behind me. I made eye contact with 2 of the guys who just ignored me. After maybe 2 minutes they asked the door dasher if her was picking up and gave him and order. I decided to leave and went thru drive thru. Read moreWent there today and went through the drive-thru. After the greeting was told to hold on and I did. When rep came back to the mic he asked me for my order. I told him "just a minute" as I was still looking at the menu. He told me to "hurry up" For a minute I thought I was in the Twlight Zone. I said did you say hurry up. He said yes because there are people behind me. First of all what drive-thru does'nt have people behind them in line and 1st of all again, how rude is that. To add insult I had to go into the place (won't call it a restaurant) to get a refund because my hashbrowns look like they were fried in yesterday's grease. When I went inside to get my refund that is when I noticed that the windows was so flithy that you could'nt see through them. I've had better service in Columbus worst neighborhoods establishments then DD on 161. What is happening to our community 161 use to thrive now it like the "hood" with "hood service and people" but worst. I'll take my business...
Read moreI had not been to a Dunkin Donuts in years and thought I'd try something different. My first visit was sort of a disaster. I waited for over 30 minutes because my order was given to someone else...... no sugar in the SWEET tea I ordered ...... it goes on, but you get the idea. When I got home and discovered my 2 donuts were missing it was time for a phone call to the manager. The manager was apologetic and offered to replace the entire order (almost 20 dollars). Went back in the next day for my replacement order and everything was perfect!! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and all the food was great both times. I have been back a few times since and their MAPLE BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICH ON A CROISSANT is my new favorite. I highly recommend it over McDonald's any day of the week.
