I am absolutely livid that the plate I was served at this restaurant was chipped! As someone who enjoys the dining experience, this completely ruined my meal. Not only was it unsightly, but it also made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the attention to detail of the staff. A chipped plate is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one that markets itself as upscale and sophisticated. When I brought it to the attention of my server, they seemed indifferent and simply offered to replace it with another chipped plate. This lack of concern and effort to rectify the situation only added insult to injury. I expect better from a restaurant that charges such high prices for their food and prides itself on their presentation. It's not just about the appearance either. A chipped plate can be a safety hazard. Small chips can easily turn into larger cracks and can potentially break while eating, causing injury to the mouth or even swallowing a shard of porcelain. This is not something that should be taken lightly and I am appalled that this restaurant would put their patrons at risk in such a thoughtless manner. I also find it incredibly disrespectful to the food being served. The chef has put time and effort into creating a beautiful dish and it deserves to be served on a plate that showcases it properly. A chipped plate takes away from the overall presentation and detracts from the enjoyment of the meal. It's a small detail, but it can make a huge impact on the dining experience. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. A chipped plate may seem like a minor issue, but it speaks volumes about the attention to detail and level of care put into every aspect of the dining experience. I will not be returning and I would caution anyone considering dining here to think twice before spending their hard-earned money on a subpar experience. I could barely eat my meal I was so upset.

Just like the rest of Ohio this place is bad. The staff is short with you and really standoffish I came here to get a simple bacon cheeseburger when I got to the counter the guy working just stared at me didn’t greet or anything I than ordered he didn’t even bother taking down the order he asked for here or to go I said here he told me wait at any table and a server would be with me 10 minutes later nothing. I go back to the counter I said I’ll just make it to go placed my order then the guy walks back to the kitchen and magically a server comes out only to place a no table service sign on the table I’m waiting at then goes back in the kitchen. Overall the restaurant has horrible service and employees and I can’t wait to get out of Ohio fast enough as this seems like normal behavior here. Adding a edit food was bland I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and they gave me the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger which I guess I’m ok with because the meat is unflavored and bland the burger tasted like pickles And BBQ sauce

Truly awful experience even by airport food standards. As mentioned by others the employees are rude, unfriendly and seem like they would rather be anywhere else. The food is also terrible, the egg sandwich was mostly bread and tomato with one tiny egg that barely covered 50% of the bun. We asked them to substitute the aioli for cheese and of course they couldn’t do that, the aioli of course was flavorless snot like slime. The potatoes were mostly dried up tiny pieces of inedible skin. After ordering at the counter I tried to sit at one of the tables near the counter and was curtly told we could not sit there, the explanation given by the apparent manager made no sense and it was certainly not worth arguing with someone hellbent on making everyone around her miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food isnt bad but the service SMH! I travel alot for work which is why i chose to dine here there is not very many options when you come to this airport. I ordered a glass of wine and mac and cheese, i was still eating my food and sipping on my wine when the female blonde bartender told me she was leaving and needed to close out my tab, ok i didnt get upset i understand she wanted her tip i use to bartend ok no big deal so i gave her my bank card the only card i had on me she runs it, it declines out loud she says do you have another card this declined, i was shocked embarrassed and also i know I have money in the bank wth! I told her ok can you give me a few minutes i have to call my bank they put a block on my card i travel alot for work its for my protection but it was an inconvenience. Her response is well you dont have another card i said no it will only take me a few minutes to get someone on the line she said i have to leave i said ok will you transfer my tab over to the other bartender she said yeah i can but i have to wait for a manager i said ok well get your manager and transfer my tab and we're good she said i will lose a sale! Omg it was really hard to be nice i told her get a manager you are being rude her response was im being rude! Ugh i cant believe how embarrassing i know im not the only person that had a hold on their card by their bank and a little patience with no outburst from her would have went a long ways with me im a very good tipper! So guess who got her tip the other bartender that apologized and said she has been here all day! There is no excuse for poor customer service i frequent to this airport twice a month and i will never come back to this restaurant the manager never showed up and the service is...

Visited for lunch on 27 November, 2022.

Another restaurant that insists on using QR Code menus as a social distancing/money saving measure which dilutes the customer-waiter experience. The restaurant's browser-based server likes to time out, and when you simply ask for a manual interaction with the waiting staff, they refer you back to the QR Code link to refresh your session. The staff, like so many automated, throughput centric (as opposed to human interaction) establishments, seem averse to communicating with customers at all, and pass critical looks at those who appear dissatisfied with the browser menu process. Hygiene is hollow logic for abstaining from physical menus because wait staff bring orders out by hand anyways, so its a moot reason. Also, what if I am a rare type of customer who does not have a smart phone? Guess I'll just sit here and wait.

The food was mediocre. Not a significant deviation from what one should expect from an airport sports grille.

I really wish "dine-in" restaurants across the country could break the covid-era inspired habit of relying on complete digitalization of customer service processes. Maybe I'm alone in my dissatisfaction...younger generations probably enjoy it, but I could go to Burger King and get more human input than a lot of places like Eddie's offer. I would feel more inclined to match the ridiculous automatic "20% tip" option the browser checkout defaults to if my wait staff actually spoke to me and provided some...
