I placed an online order today for my family’s dinner. I ordered 2 hamburger combos, a kids hamburger meal, and I had points for free chicken fingers. My husband picked up our food on his way home from work. I realized we were missing a large fry and the kids meal fries when he got home. I got in the car and drove to the restaurant. I informed the drive thru employee that we were missing two orders of fries and her response was “mam, there were two large fries in your bag.” Uhm, no actually there were not. I told her that was incorrect. We received 1 order of fries, 3 burgers, and chicken fingers. The employee then responded "mam just pull around and we'll get them for you." I was as polite as I could possibly be, and her tone came off as annoyed and argumentative with me. I get to the drive thru window, and wait for a couple of minutes. Eventually, a lady opens the window and gives me the most disgusted look. She is literally sneering at me and hands me the bag. She doesn't say a word to me. I tell her thank you, and she just continues to grimace at me and turned to leave. Never said a word. I did NOTHING wrong. If I wanted to lie about missing food, I would have said I was missing a hamburger, but I wasn't lying! They treated me like a liar and a thief. I called the store and asked for a manager. I tried explaining the rude treatment I received and the manager interrupted me and stated "I was the one who told you to pull around." Immediately, I knew the conversation was going nowhere because she was just as rude as her employee. I'll never return...

Zero stars because the Manger and the food are worth zero f--'ks. Don't ever go here the manager Priscilla thinks is very petty. Check I get three bugers from this place I drive home and all three burgers are half cooked. I promptly return them to be remade. Her messed up attitude made me decide not to get anything so I requested my money back less the two apple pies.
Do you know this hussie told me she would have to charge me for the drink apple pies AND the drink. Mind you I bought all this as a combo meal.
Bottom line Priscilla, you won't be there everyday. I'll get the info I need to file a complaint to the corporate office.
The employees were looking at her like you are so petty and probably don't like her due to her nastiness.
The place is dark dank and not ran well If I could I'd replace Priscilla she says she didn't need the job and it shows.

Read moreWoman that was working there on Wednesday, I understand if you were working alone and I was being as nice as I could, she handed me my receipt and I notice she handed me a different amount back than what was on the receipt. I just politely told her and she went on with an attitude that she was not there to teach me math, and I told her I'm sorry it had been a long night for me but I was not computing how, what she gave me, was not adding up with my receipt, she practically about lost it, and I was genuine just so confused, was not rude or mean, and she yelled that she put in the wrong amount and that she was not teaching math, and slammed the door, I had never felt so bad for someone as I did for her, there was no need for that at all if she would have just told me to begin with that she had messed up, everything on there looked right. Won't come back there again, the food was very good, poor attitudes though. I hope her day got better, and hopefully she doesn't continue to take her attitude out on others. My niece was in the car and she had gotten upset over it too and couldn't understand why the woman was so mean.
Edit: just read some reviews, sounds like the same woman who's rude in those comments is the same woman I dealt with. Hopefully she can get her self on track, because if it's her, she's causing the buisness from being it's full rating potential!
