IHOP — Restaurant in Columbus

The worst customer service and service in general that I've ever had! First bad experience was July 2nd when I went in about midnight and I had all of the workers talking very unprofessionally in front of me and about me and when I said something to my server my server said that they were just talking about skin color. Way unprofessional and not okay whatsoever especially with me being mixed with two or more races. Second bad experience July 7th I go in around 8:15 p.m. I speak with the manager about my previous experience and he proceeds to tell me that he will speak with the other employees. I get my stack of pancakes with no silverware I have the pancakes in front of me now cold almost 30 minutes now without silverware as I'm watching my server greet other customers and giving out to go order after asking for silverware twice... Never got my silverware then it took me calling the store and asking to speak to the supervisor whom I only seen one time and that's when I talked to them and told them that they could come out and get the pancakes because I have not gotten my silverware and I asked to serve with twice, while my server has been on his phone at this point. IHOP on OSU campus is truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the hostess.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe. The menu offered a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options.

I ended up ordering the famous IHOP pancakes, and Turkey bacon. let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The pancakes were perfection!

The service was impeccable, with our server checking in on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. The prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the food and service.

Overall, my experience at IHOP was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I will definitely be returning in the future for the ALL YOU CAN...

Stopped in for breakfast. I don’t remember the servers name she was Hispanic with long black hair. She was very sweet and pleasant. I ordered steak and eggs, I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out well done. I hate sending food back but it was too tough to eat so they remade it. I could hear from where I was sitting the cooks arguing about the steak. I felt bad for the server. She brought out another steak and it was completely overcooked again. I just paid for my eggs as the server was very accommodating I know it wasn’t her fault.
