I want to say that I am extremely disgusted with the service that I just received. I placed an online order and paid online. My confirmation of my order was emailed to me and as I picked up my order, I was told by Yolanda(at least that’s the name she told me) who was extremely rude to me that she didn’t see my payment. After going back and forth I decided to pay again although I initially paid online. After checking my banking app I noticed that there was in fact a payment that was taken out from the order I placed online. The manager Michael/John since I was given two different names, who was also rude advised me that since the payment was in a “pending” status they were not going to refund me my second payment. I am so disappointed with the service I received, all because their systems are not accurate. I wasn’t offered anything extra for the inconvenience, they essentially treated me as if I was in the wrong even after I showed them both payments that were taken out of my account. I will never recommend this location and beware of ordering and paying online as they will try to make you pay again once you pick up your order. I will also be contacting corporate because Yolanda needs a little more training on how to provide good customer service. She kept cutting me off and was literally getting loud with me when I was trying to explain to her and show her my payment. All she cared about was getting my money and not trying to investigate why the online payment wasn’t showing on her end. I showed her the confirmation email, I asked if she needed the reference number, I did everything that I could to let them know I paid online. Read moreHello, $22.00 for poor quality food!!! I am in Georgia on business, I decided to get Jason's deli for delivery. I ordered a panani chicken sandwich meal with chicken noodle soup and chips. The order arrived quickly which was a plus however, the sandwich was less then warm and the delivery driver forgot my chips. I called Jason's and informed them of the missing chips, The lady on the phone mentioned she packed everything to order and pretty much was questioning my complaint like I am lying. 1st of all why in the world would I waste my time calling back for a bag of chips ? 2nd of all did you put my order in the delivery persons car ? Long story short my chips arrived about 15 minutes later which are to this minute sitting on my counter. The other half of the sandwich is in the trash. The chicken noodle soup which turned out to be nothing but a few noodles and broth are in the trash. The best part of this meal was the cookies. Overall the quality of the food is poor. I do not recommend at all. Keep in mind they will charge you $5.00 for delivery with a $15.00 minimum. So I spent $22.00 for a meal I could have ordered a pizza....
Read moreHusband I go there about once a week for lunch. Has always been good place for a quick and healthy lunch. However lately it’s gone a little downhill. Example: Took the kids for a late lunch after church (it was 2pm). Not busy but the place was full of dirty tables and the floor was filthy. Salad bar was messy as well. All this would be excusable if it had been packed with people. We only saw one person bussing tables. Our food was also less than impressive. My one son normally loves the club royal which he ordered but only ate half saying it’s not as good as usual. The bread tasted very stale and ingredients/cheese looked old. Other son got chicken Alfredo which was some pasta and bits of chicken swimming in Alfredo sauce..just gross. Also had to ask for more napkins...they only gave us one set of silverware and one napkin for three meals. Granted two were sandwiches but still...not even napkin?? This isn’t an isolated incident... husband and I have noticed quality of the food has been going downhill for several months now. Hope they all step up their game and get back to serving fresh...
