ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL. I would give this place negative stars if I could. EXPECT TO BE ROBBED IF YOU SHOP HERE. I purchased an item from here and realized that I had been charged... Get this.. not two times or three times more, but FOUR times more than what I should have been charged for that particular product. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about how deplorable this place is. Avoid it like the plague.

**(I should've paid roughly $40 for the product I purchased, but I paid $160 at this place). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LOOKING ONLINE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If you don't know what you need, go there, tell them what you want to get done, leave after they tell you what you need, and buy the products online).

Not long after my purchase here, I was told by my parents that I didn't need the product because I'm getting a new vehicle for graduation in May. For as much as they charge at Audio Advantage, you would think they could at least have their return policy printed on their receipts. Audio Advantage was called and asked about their return policy. "As long as your purchase is still in the original packaging and hasn't been opened, it will be eligible for return." That's what I was told. Between classes, I drove a 30 minute drive to Columbus, MS to return my purchase. The guy at the front counter was VERY professional and friendly. He said that everything appeared to be okay for a return. However, before he could refund me, he needed to show his boss the product. (I believe his boss is the store owner, but I'm not entirely sure). Anyway, he went to the back to show his boss. I could hear the man from the front counter say, "It hasn't been opened and it's still in the original packaging." Then, I LITERALLY heard his boss shout at him, "I DON'T CARE, WE ARE NOT TAKING IT BACK." The man from the front counter came back to me and was very apologetic and professional. To the man who helped me, I respected your candor. However, the manager/owner's behavior was appalling and definitely not respectable. Aside from my issue with the return, who talks to their employees like that? (Especially, with a customer still around).

I guess it makes sense though. If you're evil enough to prey on customers, especially college students, by charging them 4 times more than what they should pay, why would you...

I’ve been a customer of audio advantage for more than 2 decades. I’ve took my cars that I owned in the past to get amps,tweeters,speakers new radio you name it. Today o had an appointment to get a new radio installed. My car been driving fine & never had an issue until they installed the radio . To my knowledge they said that my car wouldn’t start & I ask why. The guy that was working on it said that it must was a previous problem and by installing the radio it made it act up. ‼️which is a lie‼️He said it was my starter so I’m sitting there watching him tap on my starter and had a tool tampering with it. He stated it happens sometimes but he was for sure that it was the starter. ‼️Another lie‼️It wasn’t‼️I told him all parts on my vehicle has been replaced and have the receipts to back it up. So he just said I’m not going to buy you a starter(which I didn’t care because dealing with numbers it’s not a problem) he said the starter is bad, so I had to call champions towing to tow my car from audio advantage!( Good at taking advantage of females mostly) I got it towed to my mechanic that I been dealing with for years, he checked it out went behind there work and found a wire that they knocked lose. I called trying to resolve the pro purge owner had every excuse there was. My car was fine before I took it!! Thankfully my mechanic fixed the problem ! I had to paid them for installing a new radio System, had to pay the mechanic and the towing company! DONOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE DONOT RECOMMEND NOONE! THEY WILL MESS SOMETHING ELSE UP AND BLAME IT ON A PREVIOUS PROBLEM! BE WARE! Evil money...

Audio advantage is impeccable. They have done multiple system installs for me and there is a reason I continue coming back. They aren’t over priced, they offer quick AND quality installs (they don’t sacrifice speed for quality or vice versa) they are friendly and most importantly they are HONEST! You don’t do business hardly anywhere anymore and get straightforward answers without a whole bunch of hem hawing and upselling but not at audio advantage, they work with you in a way that gets you the best possible equipment for your price range. One of the few places you can still go and feel like a cared about customer and not just another profit for them to make. I literally can’t say enough good things about the guys at audio advantage.
