I love Marco's pizza! Usually I have zero complaints beyond them occasionally forgetting my jalapeño ranch dipping sauce, my orders are usually perfect (except for this one other time), tonight however took the cake...smh. Used the app to order my pizzas.. At 7:10 my pizzas were ready, my daughter picked them up, got them home and how about 2 of the 4 pizzas ordered were totally wrong. Called up there and finally got to speak with someone, I explained the issues, was told no problem, my replacement pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes, so head back up there....waited over an hour, finally the shift leader came out, he had another person come out to retake my replacement order, got my replacements pizzas in under 20 minutes, putting them in the truck, I looked and guess what...STILL WRONG...they forgot the extra cheese, banana peppers and garlic romasan on the crust on 1 pizza and no itialian sausage or extra cheese on my second replacement pizza but to hell with it, even though y'all know those extras aren't free, Idc, I'm tired, its raining like hell, I'm hungry and I want to go home. Read moreI have been a customer of Marco's on University since they opened. In that time frame things have gone completely down hill. Every pizza I have ordered over the last six months has been progressively worse. Tonight was the the final straw. I ordered delivery, which is 90% of the time. I noticed the driver in my driveway, but was just sitting in the car. When I opened the door he got out and stood there with my food. I noticed I had two missed phone calls from this guy. He, along with the rest off the delivery drivers, expected me to come to his car so he wouldn't have to get out. Once I opened the pizza and cheese bread both needed to be cut, which is something that occurs every time now. The pizza was not cooked thoroughly, dough or cheese/toppings. All of this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. I've tried to give Marco's second chances, but there has been no improvements. The food I paid over $30 for went in the trash. This is there last time Marco's will get my business.

Read moreUpdated review, May 10, 2023: Can't recommend curbside pickup and beware if you're supposed to be getting a refund to your card, but food is excellent and service is fine if you go inside to pick up your food.
Original review: May 14, 2021: Very disappointed. Ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Estimated time of pick up was 5:13-5:23. I was parked in front of the restaurant and checked in at 5:13 and canceled my order at 5:45 after my order still wasn't ready. I understand pickup times are just an estimate, but if they're running 22-32 minutes late while someone's sitting in a hot car the least they could do was give a call with a new time frame. Also, refunds take up to 3 business days to process so since this happened on a Friday I don't expect to receive my refund in a timely manner either.
Edited to add: This happened May 14, 2021 and I only remembered to check on the status of my refund today, July 9, 2021. Marco's Pizza never processed my refund so I've disputed the charge.
