Went through the drive thru. Got a double cheeseburger - no mustard, extra pickle. Got to my hotel room, sandwich was plain. Went back to get it fixed. Said they fixed it. Went back to my hotel room. Had one pickle and some ketchup. Went back to get it fixed. Their excuse about the extra pickles and onions was that they fall off before they build the burger as in while they flip the patties onto the sandwich. . . . . .
I worked for McDs from age 15 to 17 (2008 to 2012) and this was never an excuse. It's a simple "Is the stuff on the sandwich, or not?" Kind of thing.
Guess 2025 got these workers double guessing what's right and what's wrong. The manager was nice at first, but then clearly got agitated when I came back the third time.
That's when I saw the reflection of leadership. Hope yall do better. Yall are McDonalds......
At the end of all of this, they still never added any onions...... this has to be intentionally done. This was after the manager said "It is correct, I've made it myself."
Please see photos for imprints of the pickles, cheese, etc.
So petty all because they were initially wrong. What's wrong with people nowadays. It's just a sandwich lol
P.S. At least they counted 7 insisted of 6 for my nuggets....
Read moreWe ordered off of the McDonald’s app my husband arrived. We did the check-in told him what spot we were in. They delivered the food to all the cars that were there except for him, and when I checked them in, it stated that the food was ready they would be out soon Tried calling the store. They refuse to answer the phone. They’re overworking the young lady that was working in the drive-through making her also run the food. My husband had to go into the store to find out where our order is, which was a very small order and the people inside are rude Act like they want their paychecks, but they don’t want to do the work for him and then when he asked for the manager, they refused to let him talk to one or the person that said they were the manager acted rude and was like yeah whatever after waiting over 20 minutes for our food when we paid for it online to be picked up at curbside This is ridiculous and the people that own McDonald’s need to really pay attention to these comments and if it’s the people, I think that owned the McDonald’s that owned more than just one in our town I think you need to go back into your McDonald’s and you need to take a very hard look at your employees and your management because...
Read moreWell.... thank goodness I'm not allergic to onions. I asked for no onions. Like I always do, because I don't eat onions. But whenever I buy food, especially fast food, I always double check my order before eating. The drive through line was crazy. After placing my order, we arrive at the payment window, only to be asked "what we ordered". So again, we repeated this order, paid, then proceeded to the next window. So that was twice within 10 minutes that I stated, "no onions". But of course, I received onions and a burger that clearly had been pre-made, because the cheese wasn't even melted. This has now happened twice at the same restaurant within one year. I won't let it happen a third time. Because I won't return. But here's a lesson to customers... go inside to order and check the order before walking out. I understand that it was 3pm on a hot Saturday afternoon and employees were probably tired. But I should receive what I paid for and nothing less. And again, thankfully I'm not allergic to something that I asked twice not to be given to me. The one star was for...
