Panera Bread — Restaurant in Columbus

I went to Panera right beside The Jams My experience was bad, right out of the gate. The person taking my order was on their phone while I was trying to order and had a terribly unfriendly attitude. The floors were dirty. The drink station had liquid all over and trash was everywhere. The green tea pitcher was empty. My husband has been at the James since Thursday without an appetite and he finally wanted something to eat. When I brought the food back to his room, there was a hair in his sandwich I wish this experience was good. I really wanted my husband to get something yummy to eat after not eating for 2 days. Ordered for 10 online (3/14/23) at 11:23 am and told order would be ready at 12:23 (online). Showed up for pickup at 12:45 and the order was not started and took 5 minutes to even find the order. Order filled in 15-20 minutes, but when we sat down to eat (take out) there were missing pieces. No soup, a missing sandwich. Sandwiches not labeled so no idea what was what in an order for 10 people. Thus, had to open each sandwich to figure out what it was; very messy and unsanitary. Sometimes I order rapid pickup from this location because I work near the medical center. The lunch hour is so busy I don't know how the workers do it, but they have never ever gotten my order wrong. Other Panera locations will make errors when it's not busy and I just kind of deal with it, but never this one. I also understand that my rapid pickup order may take longer than 5-10min because of the crowd, but it has still never been longer than 15 minutes to get it, which is amazing considering the number of people ordering.
