Met my husband here for lunch today at 11:35 AM on my lunch break. BIG mistake. Hubby ordered a beer first. It took almost 10 minutes to get his beer. I thought maybe our waitress had to ring it in for the bartender to pour (granted, there were only two customers at the bar). But no, they were both just standing around until I looked at her several times and she poured the beer herself. It was only then that she finally took our order. After being seated for over 25 minutes, I went up to her to check on our food. She was clueless, saying, "I don't know, it should be soon". I continued standing there until she finally said she'd go check on it. She didn't come back to our table for several more minutes and reported it would be about 5 more minutes. I asked her if that was a firm 5 minutes, or if it could be more (I had to get back to work). She didn't know. We said we would pay for the beer and go somewhere else. When we made that decision, the bartender (maybe a manager?) approached us very rudely saying that our order wasn't even rung up until 11:46, so how do we get off saying it's been half an hour!? Right, it didn't get rung up until then because it took ten minutes just to get the beer and that's when our server finally got around to taking our order. Even with it being rung up at 11:46, it was 20 minutes later that we started to leave. More than enough time to cook a burger, a fried chicken wrap, and two orders of tots. It was during this confrontation that our food was put in the window, so we decided to stay. They are only get 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was actually very good and they had a really nice selection of local beer on tap. Sadly our waitress got no tip. Maybe she'll learn from it. I'll never be back. Sorry for the very detailed post; just wanted to lay it all out in case they try and dispute...

Waited over an hour for my cheese steak sandwich while the rest of my party ate. The waitress Jade, who was AWESOME admitted someone had given my sandwich to someone else. When the second sandwich finally came out it had toppings on it that I couldn't eat nor pick out; I'd ordered the first sandwich special. When I asked to talk to the manager, Jade returned with her card and was told to call her tomorrow. Not good! Wouldn't leave behind the bar to address my complaint! When I walked up to the bar to talk to her, manager Melanie wasn't apologetic nor helpful; an apology would've went a long way. I didn't want to wait around for a third sandwich (we were there OVER 2 hours) OR come back with a coupon - her 2 suggestions. When she asked what she could do, I suggested waiving the bill (soft drink and small side salad - 2 items I rarely order), but that obviously wasn't acceptable to her. She then gave me her 2 suggestions which weren't acceptable to me. Just...

I had a decent time here with my friend getting a drink. My bill was 12 dollars in total and I left a 3 dollar tip which was over 20 percent. The server we had took it upon herself to instead leave herself a 23 dollar tip making 35 dollars come out of my bank. When I called the store the manger was very rude telling me to take it up with my bank and figure it out myself which this has nothing to do with my bank and I'm not going to have my bank refund me for their server taking advantage of customers. I went up there to get a refund on the money they had taken from me and it's been over 5 days and still no refund leaving me to have to go back up there today after work. I don't suggest coming here because they are down right rude and clearly take advantage of their customers thinking that if you have a drink or 2 that you won't realize them robbing you and writing there own tip that are double my actual bill? Also food...
